“ABC Cargo has been fantastic to work with. I ship packages to Vietnam on Tuesdays, and they always arrive within two weeks—often as quickly as 10 days. The pricing is affordable, and their packing is efficient. My only suggestion would be to use more foam or additional packing materials, as the boxes can sometimes get compressed, and a few items have been prone to breaking. They are also happy to accommodate gift wrapping, like for Christmas, but I recommend taking a photo of your items before wrapping to show them what’s inside. Overall, I'm very pleased with their service.”

I am in Sales and know what it takes when it comes to customer service and building relationships with your clientele. This is the reason that I am loyal to Postal Annex on White Rd. Even dogs are welcome as they are very much dog friendly people! I take my pups Gambit and Bonnie in there from time to time and surprised that I am allowed to leave with them. ;)
Also, speaking of building relationships, I buy their Beanie Babies and PB&J plush toys for my customer service girls at my dealers and they love them! Now time to get some Pokemon and Panini NFL/NBA cards in there for me to give my customers too. ;) Thank you all!”

“I dropped off an important letter for certified mail and they ended up losing it. However the manager was apologetic and told me that they were truly sorry and they try to hit the 100% percent mark and that they would refund me for it. Which they ended up doing! The service was great and he came out right away and even investigated what happened. The service was quick for sending out a letter! It cost almost $5 for certified mail.”

“Ever time I come here it's usually busy. They are usually pretty quick. I occasionally mail things to Guam and sometimes I could take a few minutes. Sending things to guam can be somewhat complicated. You can use flat rate boxes yet you have to fill out a customs form. Lots of parking, reps are really nice. They have an affluent supply of cards and mailing elements. I like to come here once in a blue when it's necessary.”
