Fed Ex deserves the great review but Peter is the super star of the day and I am sad because I heard he is just visiting this location. Peter is so kind and he did incredible today working the registers and tackling the long lines on his own. Unfortunately Peter was not by himself but he was doing most of the work. I appreciate how humble and kind Peter was despite how hard he was working. Like on the other hand was by far rude and inconsiderate, and I'm sure Luke can learn a lot from Peter about kindness and professionalism. Peter is the best example of what a manager should be.
