“This was a really good stay, the staff members are very attentive and friendly, there's a great continental breakfast available every morning and you can call the lobby at any time for your needs.
It is right next to the highway, but the trees around the hotel did a good job blocking it out and helping muffle the sound so it wasn't really an issue. Other than that it's a great location ans very close to many resturaunts, stores and other sights in danville and just a 30 minute drive to Oakland and San fransisco”

“Erik is the best thing going in P.Hill. He went above and beyond to accommodate us with our needs. Erik made sure we had extra blankets and towels. He brought us all the kitchen supplies we needed for a week long stay. As for the place itself. Squeaky beds, cigarette burns on the bath tub and counter surrounding the sink. No wifi on Wednesday. No elevators on Sunday. But all in all we made the best of it. Now all they need is a hot tub and pool.”

“I can’t believe I haven’t written a review before but I’ve been coming here almost monthly since the pandemic started . This is my home away from home and the folks who work here , my family . There’s no where else I’d stay , and they everything you’d ever look for in a high class resort . I love the holiday decor, bkfts, quiet. Wonderful caring staff. Can’t say enough. I’ll keep coming for as long as I can drive from my home in the Sierra’s.”

“Stayed here for 1 night. Came after hours but called ahead as instructed to do so in the reservation. Staff was super nice and met me after hours to give me the room information and key. The room was very clean and at a better price than the corporate hotels around the area. Would stay again.”

“There people are above and beyond in providing great service. I really appreciate how the staff of this Extended Stay America made our families 4 days stay so pleasant and relaxing. Only one thing is that I didn't like is that they don't have secure WiFi and for that reason I couldn't use my company's VPN, I had to use my phone's hotspot, for that reason I am giving 4 star rating. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service!!”

“The room was great and clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and there was coffee available at the front desk every morning. About a 15 minute walk to BART. My main drawbacks were that the shower drained too slowly, so water would pool at my feet, no shampoo or conditioner was provided, and there were leaves in the pool. Overall it was a good value and there was no major issues.”

“I stayed here Wednesday 1-10-24 and the customer care was top tier. The reception was welcoming. I had no wait. They waved my parking fee. Some of the best sleep I've gotten in months. I stay at a lot of of different hotels from Cali to Vegas, this was my best experience ever.”

“This place was awesome! I travel for work and I stay in a lot of hotels. This place was just amazing. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is decent, and the room was immaculate. The area is very convenient and safe. The amenities are plentiful, and every Tuesday, they hook up a free appetizer and free beer or wine! Of all my travels, in all of the places I have stayed, this place was delightful. I would strongly recommend this place over the neighboring hotels.”

“This is a standard Residence Inn with fantastic staff. Rooms are new and in good shape. Beds are comfortable (all kings). Gym was especially nice. Kitchens worked. Staff was amazing and and a special shout out to the folks who laid out the breakfast (simple but well done) and the valet staff (fast friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area).

Two complaints:

The showers are dumb and laid out so that the bathroom floor will get soaked. And the light switches are very bright at night. Bring an eye mask if that bothers you.

Rooms: Well appointed but utilitarian.

Nearby activities: You're right by the BART. A few restaurants walkable. Downtown Walnut Creek is an outdoor mall. 15-20 minutes to Berkeley and Oakland with no traffic.

Safety: Neighborhood felt very safe even walking around early in the morning.

Walkability: You're right by the BART. Walk toma few restaurants and Target.

Food & drinks: Free breakfast is fine (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bread, cereal yogurt). Coffee was pretty decent!”

“My husband and I just arrived at the La Quinta Inn & Suites this afternoon. So far, so good. The lobby area is beautiful and our room is too! The young man who checked us in was very courteous and professional.”

“Had a pleasant week staying at the Hyatt. Rooms was clean and had a good range of amenities inside the kitchenette including an oven and a fridge-freeze. Bed was comfortable and the shower was ok. The only (minor) criticism would be the lack of a central ceiling light in the main bedroom but that wasn't a major issue. The room was generally quiet too.

Breakfast was certainly nicer than most other hotels in the area but the variety was a bit limited”

“The check in process was extremely straight forward and the front desk agent Jana went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. Very beautiful property with an amazing gym I might add, (the peloton bike was an added bonus)! We will definitely stay here again.”

“Five times a year there is this Awesome healing school which offers seminars there in the conference rooms, called the Barbara Brennan School of Healing after some famous author. I was staying there and curious, and got invited in for a student for a day and attended because I am interested in Yoga and meditation, and it was awesome. From what little I could gleam they teach a form of holistic mind body healing that is based on mindfulness and being more aware of all our own emotions and thoughts, and being able to make better decisions and take care of ourselves with all that extra information of what's truly going on inside us. Was really cool ??❤️”

“We stayed for the second time In a year. Our room, 226 was fine up until the last day/night when the bathroom sink had slowed up to drain out ( we did not rinse dishes with food on them..gross. only for brushing teeth) . We also had a wi-fi issue with the connection after we signed in, that was ANNOYING and my husband was irritated. We did not have a problem on our last stay, hence the 3 star rating.Walkability: There are walking trails nearby. One trail, IronHorse trail will take you to downtown if you are willing to walk a little over 2 miles to reach some outdoor shops, restaurants.”

“A well run property, and at an excellent price point. The breakfast had ketchup in a pump dispenser, I've not seen that before. Much easier to put on my scrambled eggs. They're serious about the no smoking, a room near me had the "deodorizing in progress" sign up, yep, someone smoked/vaped, and they're getting charged.I'd stay again, no doubt”

“In San Ramon for work and booked a stay at the Residence Inn. It had a better rate than the nearby Marriott and I liked that the option for the larger room floor plan, great for a long stay. Pros: -Large and spacious rooms. Big, open kitchen with a nice seating area. -Super convenient location. It's within walking distance to some great restaurants (try K-BOB for delicious Korean bites). Just across the street from Trader Joe's so you can stock up on groceries for the kitchen. -Free breakfast included in the main building Cons: -It's an interesting set up with the rooms spread across buildings that are all accessible from outside. No secured inside hallways so your room could be accessed from the outside by anyone. The rooms are either on the ground level or up the stairs on a second level. Second level rooms don't have an elevator, so you may be schlepping your stuff up the stairs. -Parking is not included! -The rooms feel slightly dated. The outlet next to my bed was loose and didn't work. Didn't realize until I woke up to an almost dead phone in the morning.”

“Front desk staff were so helpful. I was traveling for business with a sprained ankle and a scooter and they were SO accommodating and always in a good mood. The breakfast was good, and the bartenders were great to chat with. The rooms were clean and comfortable!”

“Employees are extremely kind and courteous. Very flexible and very genuinely, just trying to make your stay as positive as possible. Anytime I had a request or question, they were always incredibly kind and accommodating. They also have done a good work of renovation. Personally, I think it looks great. The rooms are equally as acceptable. For the price, it's a no brainer. It's also right smack into one of the "downtown" walnut creek/plesant hill areas. Plenty of grocery, restaurant, convenience, gas, takeout available within walking distance. The entrance of the hotel is a bit of a sharp turn, just drive slower when getting close and your Navi should direct you into the driveway just fine.”

“It’s one of the best Marriott that I’ve stayed at and I have to say that the staff at the front desk are there was nothing that wasn’t too much for them to sort out. The MC is great and I would stay there over and over again.”

“This was the first time that we've stayed at a Hyatt Place and it was fine for what we needed. The location was good, close to 680 and there are a couple of shopping centers across the street and also one next to the Hyatt.
We've stayed at various Hyatt Regency's in the past.
We were greeted and given our room by Juliette, who was really nice.
The property and rooms are nice.
In the morning, they offer a free breakfast bar with various food selections.”
