We worked with Faisal and he was fantastic - patient, helpful and gave us several options to select the best phone and plan. I also worked with a couple of other folks there and they were all very helpful, but Faisal was particularly efficient and knowledgeable. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years now and been to multiple stores - most have not had a bad experience, but this one stood out for me as being truly exceptional.”

The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities. “A gentleman by the name of Andrew (as well as multiple other staff I didn’t catch the names of) helped me upgrade my phone via the trade-in offer, and honestly, this was by far my best experience at an at&t store. All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable. Service was fast, and more thorough than expected, though it’d been years since I’d been to an at&t store, so maybe that’s the norm now. Anyhow, I digress, the service was top notch, from now on, I’ll be making the ~35min drive to this specific store for my at&t needs.”
