“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”
“Thank Jesus for the help. I needed to return two 5G devices and was supposed to call T-Mobile to process the return, but it had been many years and I no longer remembered the account number I used when I opened the 5G service. Jesus was very kind and helped me resolve the issue.
I like this T-Mobile store. About a month ago, I also came here to return another item, and another staff member helped me print a shipping label.

“This past Friday we had an amazing experience at this location. After reading most of the reviews, I was apprehensive to stop by. I'm glad I did not allow the negative comments to keep us away. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. It was a busy day (Veterans' Day). Jen's personable demeanor and friendly smile is what made a difference, and I absolutely will be returning to this AT&T location. Look no further for outstanding customer service. Her name is Jen.”

“I took the time to write this review to acknowledge how great the customer service is at this location, especially from Kevin and Ana. They are both extremely knowledgeable and truly customer-service oriented. They do an incredible job and always make sure they understand exactly what you need.
What really stands out is that they remember customers even when you come back months later. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years, and I can honestly say that Kevin and Ana go above and beyond. I wish all customer service experiences were like this.

The equipment does not cost anything and the service fee is only a few dollars a month. It is very cost-effective. I like this store very much.”

Secondly, he helped me to log into the teacher verification system (this was especially difficult). Lastly, he helped me adjust my bill to get a better outcome. Great work!”

“I would give it 5 stars. Because everything is fine, customer service is perfect.. But the team that works fails to activate the cell phones twice, according to them. They activate my cell phone and no calls come in, so they need more preparation”
