“Only complaint was a strong smell in the room, did someone spill a container of bleach. It was too late to change rooms, the smell cleared after we opened the windows. Everything else was great.”
“This has been a very challenging time in my life so I’ve been staying in local hotels. During one of the most painful days I’ve endured I had the pleasure of speaking with a young lady named Yuliza who answered the phone at this lovely hotel. Talking to her was honestly the highlight of my day. Her kindness compassion and desire to be of as much help as possible ensured whenever I’m in need of a hotel stay I will seek out this brand no matter what city I’m in because their staff treat people like they would want you to take care of their family & friends not just paying customers. The staff ensures you will be so taken care of staying here. If there are some improvement needed I would say maybe consider changing to another TV cable company, the TV Service was out far more than it was on, out of 42 channels, half didn’t work most of the time and it was hotel wide, not just a few rooms. Would have been nice to have a microwave to heat up left overs or make popcorn & not have to come down to the lobby, but outside of these inconveniences, & primarily due to the friendly staff and aesthetics of the hotel, it’s an establishment that I would recommend and revisit on any given occasion.”
“So close to the airport, and metro rail. Very nice help and very good breakfast. Had an A/C issue and remedied asap. Also granddaughter wanted a blanket and they obliged. Surprisingly quiet.”

“I was at a three-day conference there in December. The hotel is extremely accommodating, staff very friendly, making our experience truly special. We loved the rooms, the surroundings, the pool area. But the most amazing experience, for which I am eternally grateful, was that I had left my handbag by the pool and went to San Diego, where I noticed that I had left it. Inside was cash, an expensive perfume and some documents. They secured it and couriered it to me the following day. This was such relief. Thank you!”

“This is a cozy, well-kept hotel that offers a comfortable stay. The lobby is tidy and easy to navigate, and the pool area is a nice place to unwind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and extremely helpful. The location is very convenient, with a Walgreens just a block away and plenty of food options nearby, including a great burger place, Starbucks, and Chipotle.”
“The room was good my only complain was there is no elevator and we was on the second floor. Carrying the luggage ip a flight of stairs was very hard for a 67 year old. I had to get help.”

“This hotel is beautiful and serene with a great restaurant and bar area. My coworker and I enjoyed some refreshing NEFT Cocktails and my favorite was the El Segundo Blue. A must try! Tessy, Juan and Santiago were very hospitable with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend visiting for lunch or dinner, as well as staying here for a night or two. A staycation would be great, especially when in town for a concert or professional game nearby. Or a weekend at the beach which is practically down the street. Thank you Embassy Suites!”

“Great stay at the Hyatt House. While this property is not the newest, they have taken care of it, updated it, and keep it maintained. The location of the property was great. Many things to eat and do around the neighborhood. Very safe and easy to get on the freeway system to move around. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable for a room with actual segregated bedrooms. The breakfast was great, always fresh, and the common eating area was very clean. The pool and outside areas were kept up. They were not perfect, but up to expectations for a property that was not new. I am happy to report they have cleaned the exterior of all the buildings so that they don't have mildew, like what was reported previously. The buildings look very nice now from the outside. The only drawbacks were the parking fees and our couch smelled like a dog had slept there previously. Please take into account the parking fees when pricing this property out, and don't be surprised at the desk. They were bad, but with the improvements made to the property, we thought the value of the total price didn't go down the drain. Pets are allowed to stay here, which for us produced a stinky couch. But it wasn't enough that we requested another room. We notified the management and then cleaned it so it smelled better. However, we made sure to toss a sheet over the couch when we sat on it. Just keep that in mind if you book.”

“Pretty nice hotel. My room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. I booked this hotel with the intent to walk to the Mariposa green line rail station. From this station you can get to the Lennox station and take the shuttle bus to Sofi Stadium. It does require a train transfer now which is new and a bit confusing. Overall a good experience at this hotel.
Safety: Very safe.
Walkability: You can walk to Ralph's, In-N-Out, and a few other restaurants.”

“I enjoyed the hotel's atmosphere, but gave one less star due to several hardware problems. The bathroom door lock in my 4th-floor room was faulty. There's issue on the small size of the garbage bins (both in-room and by the elevators), which led to guests leaving trash bags on the floor overnight. The area behind the elevator meant for a vending or ice machine was empty, and strange noises were audible from the exposed tubing there.
Updated on 1/17/26, I see a improvement on this visit. Change to 5 stars. People are friendly and helpful. It's good.”
