I moved down here two years ago and hadn’t found a bike shop. Asked a friend for a recommendation and he told me this was the place.
I went in there yesterday, nice gentlemen greets me and asks me what’s up. I tell him I haven’t had my bike touched in two years, don’t know much about bikes beyond barely knowing how to ride one, been riding a lot and am doing a triathlon in 2 weeks, just want a tune up. He puts it up and is taking a look while talking to me.
Ultimately he tells me “your bike is in great shape, I wouldn’t touch it. Buy some of this, after your race clean up the chain etc (walks me thru all the steps) but that’s all you need, you’re ready to crush.” I thanked him profusely, bought the spray cleaner and left.
When you tell someone you don’t know anything and are ready to pay him money and he tells you not to, you know you’re in great hands. Customer for life!”

“I walked into the New Balance store expecting to be sold a pair of shoes, but instead I was greeted with a Foot Revelation. For about an hour, Jasmine helped answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction for healthy, well-fitting shoes.
I had suspected that the shoes I was wearing did not fit, and Jasmine walked me through exactly why that was the case and how to know for next time.
I had never seen a foot scanner at any shoe retailer before, but I am so glad that I walked into one that not only had the technology to provide such helpful information, but also had such wonderful staff to help explain that information.
I am not exaggerating when I say that my understanding of foot health has been radically changed (and more importantly, improved).”

“Finally had a chance to visit the Gallery this past Tuesday 10/8/24. For me, living in the Midwest, this has always been a wish list thing. Especially now that the inside is opened, not just window shopping.
I was a bit overwhelmed initially, I think from my excitement and because there was just so much to look at inside. Not everything inside is for sale, but still some great eye candy. The process to purchase is simple - items are numbered and you select what you want, they bring it out. It is also possible to try on apparel.
My primary reason for visiting was to get my Timeless+ regripped, restickered, and a new HC. Nick met me at the front of the gallery and was absolutely fantastic to work with from the get go. Provided multiple options and discussed them with me. Nick was super patient and helpful with me, and updated my Timeless+. Highly knowledgeable and professional to work with Nick. He helped me pick out a few other miscellaneous items as well. I wish we could have gotten more into a conversation about the putter itself, but time was thin (I was there later in afternoon) and others were waiting to get in and I didn’t want to be “that guy” and violate the store etiquette (they ask visits be limited to about 30 min in most cases).
Overall, my experience was absolutely fantastic. A wish come true so to speak. Looking forward to the time the stars align and I can return, hopefully to work with Nick again as well.”
