I moved down here two years ago and hadn’t found a bike shop. Asked a friend for a recommendation and he told me this was the place.
I went in there yesterday, nice gentlemen greets me and asks me what’s up. I tell him I haven’t had my bike touched in two years, don’t know much about bikes beyond barely knowing how to ride one, been riding a lot and am doing a triathlon in 2 weeks, just want a tune up. He puts it up and is taking a look while talking to me.
Ultimately he tells me “your bike is in great shape, I wouldn’t touch it. Buy some of this, after your race clean up the chain etc (walks me thru all the steps) but that’s all you need, you’re ready to crush.” I thanked him profusely, bought the spray cleaner and left.
When you tell someone you don’t know anything and are ready to pay him money and he tells you not to, you know you’re in great hands. Customer for life!”

“This store is very near and dear to me. I used to take my grandma shopping for shoes here, so I will wait to look at shoes until I am in the area! I love feeling her presence around me. Today she helped me pick out my first pair of Birkenstocks. It only took me since the 1970s to finally cave and get a pair! Very happy. Helpful staff. A+ for shoes and nostalgia.”

“Visited for the first time last week, I was at a wedding with my wife in the area and snuck away one morning to get in line early, because I have no power in my marriage. I was third in line behind a guy with a Tour putter, he was shown a selection of new tour putters. I wanted a tour putter but I knew going I would have to buy a Moto first, so I did. The staff were direct in ascertaining my intentions upon arrival, and showed what I was allowed to buy. They let me buy a gallery exclusive headcover for which I was grateful. If you go, get in line early. If you play their game correctly your experience will be positive, and know He is always watching to eliminate resellers.”
