I moved down here two years ago and hadn’t found a bike shop. Asked a friend for a recommendation and he told me this was the place.
I went in there yesterday, nice gentlemen greets me and asks me what’s up. I tell him I haven’t had my bike touched in two years, don’t know much about bikes beyond barely knowing how to ride one, been riding a lot and am doing a triathlon in 2 weeks, just want a tune up. He puts it up and is taking a look while talking to me.
Ultimately he tells me “your bike is in great shape, I wouldn’t touch it. Buy some of this, after your race clean up the chain etc (walks me thru all the steps) but that’s all you need, you’re ready to crush.” I thanked him profusely, bought the spray cleaner and left.
When you tell someone you don’t know anything and are ready to pay him money and he tells you not to, you know you’re in great hands. Customer for life!”

“I hadn't played in 13 years. Was a 5. The tech has obviously changed. Still I was suspicious - clubs are pricey. I met Eric and he talked to me for a while about my game, about golf in general and calmed me - he really cared about me getting the right sticks. He introduced me to Patrick (the fitter - this guy knows his stuff - guessed my ball speed to the mile per hour without seeing my swing somehow) and he found a new set that I bought after trying them on the range with him. I thought I'd need a senior shaft (I was playing a stiff before) but Patrick guided me to a light (50 gram/driver) regular for the swing I had now and the goals I have. The next day on the range I was not hitting them far enough for my happiness. I spoke to Sean, assistant manager, who really listened (I was tensing for an argument - but Sean only wanted me to get the right clubs) and offered no resistance at all, and he sent Patrick out with me. Patrick I went on the Toptracer and I was hitting my new driver on average 23 yards longer (one 50 - but that was a tug). I was just not used to the feel, sound, and flight - didn't fit my out of practice eye. The irons were going well too - (accurate, could draw and fade to some degree) but Patrick bent my irons to get me the flight I wanted (bit lower) and we went back out. The results and experience have been all I could ever ask for. People with expertise and integrity. It's why I recommend this Golf Mart whole heartedly.”

“I was looking to add more green to my wardrobe. My home store off Calle Barcelona didn’t have what I needed so I visited this location. After perusing for a hot minute I found Francesca finishing up with another customer and she assisted me in finding a Kashmir Strato Tech long sleeve and showed me a couple of others. Wasn’t able to find much more green but came home with a fabulous dark salt Ponto long sleeve. All the staff were amazing and continue to amaze me at the level of service Vuori provides.”
“These guys are amazing! Nothing bad I can say about this place. The workers are very kind and work very hard and they do an incredible job stringing. Ive walked in multiple times to fix a broken sidewall and they fix it like that with no charge and they do a great job stringing too. They even give a fresh string as well. They also put shooters on and let me go test how it throws on the rebounder to make sure I am satisfied. And if you ask for a shooting string or a sidewall they will give it to you for free. And they let me record how they string the sidewalls so I could learn. Amazing place! They also tape your stick and put on screws and assemble the sticks for you! Nothing bad I can say about this place. It is absolutely amazing and the customer service is surreal!”

“I had no idea there is a Columbia store in Carlsbad, we made it on the last day of the big sale and wow did we get great bargains.
It was very easy to find things but to try them on the fitting room line was so long I took my chances.
I also had no idea Tuesday is senior discount day so I will be going back. The staff were very helpful but, I was looking at something and a young guy with long fluffy hair cut me off and almost knocked me over. There was absolutely NO apology from him, I was shocked. When he came flying back out the dressing room I said, “you know you almost knocked me over when you went in a couple of minutes ago, he never stopped to talk to me and just said over his shoulder as he continued to rush away, “I’m sorry.” That is not good enough, he’s rude and doesn’t care about who he plows down that’s in his way.”
“AirTrack has provided our gymnastics facility, Legacy Training Center in San Luis Obispo, CA with the 1st ever foam topped airbag in the US! If you are thinking about getting one of these, they are awesome! The general question is “is it better than a pit?” And I would definitely say yes. If you are looking to land directly on your neck, a pit is probably better. For everything else this is way better. I’ve rolled my ankles in pits before, and that won’t happen with this airbag. It is easier to land on, easier to get out of, and way easier to clean than a pit.”
