“My wife and I just moved here from Dallas, TX, I learned Mike McGill had a skate shop and a pizzeria, I had to come check it out and get a new board set up as I grew up following his skating career and the Bones Brigade as a kid born and raised in OC. We came in and met James he was so welcoming and helpful. I had done some research getting back into skateboarding myself at age 58! I wanted an Andy Anderson board and set up, James helped me identify the correct board and hardware needed to complete the setup along with giving me background on other boards and help with a helmet. Seriously he was juggling several customers, we weren’t in a hurry and I had a list of questions to ask hahaha James was so kind to both my wife and I, he never rushed us and made sure he answered all my question, he even took the time to look up a few boards they didn’t have in stock and showed me where I might find them on the internet. He built out my new board that came out totally sick! I’m totally stoked to get riding on it, the board is way more capable than my skill level but gives me a new goals to overcome 😜. “Recently went to Olhausen to look at and hopefully purchase a pool table. We were met by Brian, who very nicely and very patiently ( as we knew nothing about pool tables lol ) answered all of our questions and then some. We purchased a pool table and left VERY happy. The great customer service did not stop there. When Sam and Travis showed up to deliver and setup our pool table, they were extremely nice, very thorough, and informative. They did a very professional job and very quickly we were playing pool on our very own pool table!! I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

Since it was our first visit, we needed help with pretty much everything, and everyone who worked there was super helpful, nice, courteous, and patient. My daughter was able to get everything she needed, from her Parker swim parka and swim goggles to her swim team swimsuit. After parking our wheels in the underground parking lot we arrived here at around 1pm. THE PLACE WAS PACKED ! A Vuori employee spotted us and if we need help...sure. And Grace...who identified herself as one of the managers proved to be very helpful to my wife in particular. We didn't see any big Black Friday deals...I don't think that is their model and that was not a concern to us. With Grace's help my wife picked out a very pretty Cherry ALLTHEFEELS - FULL ZIP and a Black Heather LONG SLEEVE ESSENTIAL CREW TEE. I've had a couple of Strato Tech Tees - Navy Heather & Charcoal Heather for a few years...love 'em. They are the most comfortable t-shirts I have ever owned. And I have wanted to buy more but have not been very excited about the other pale colors in the range. With a push from my wife I picked out a STRATO TECH TEE MULTIPACK...the 3 colors looked okay. Grace excused herself to take a phone call but we had everything we wanted by that time. At the checkout a friendly cashier named Jacob looked after us nicely...even gave my wife a premium cotton canvas pouch and an oversized matching tote for our gear. I guess because we spent $333. If you are thinking about getting one of these, they are awesome! The general question is “is it better than a pit?” And I would definitely say yes. If you are looking to land directly on your neck, a pit is probably better. For everything else this is way better. I’ve rolled my ankles in pits before, and that won’t happen with this airbag. It is easier to land on, easier to get out of, and way easier to clean than a pit.”
