“I called and asked if I could replace shoes I bought 8/2022. Same size, same shoe. Unfortunately the shoe was discontinued. However, I was told newer version available and would be on hold for me.
I have had back muscle issues for years. My trainer, Kayla, at Poway Burn Boot Camp told me I need Hoka's. My Physical therapist said I need Hoka's. My roommates daughter had a pair that I picked up and thought these are light.
The very next day I went to Road Runner In Salano Beach and started wearing my new Hoka's everyday. My back issues are so much better. Went from a pain level of 9 - 10 daily to 0 - 2. Thank you for the great advice and great customer service. I tell everyone to come see you. ??”

“Recently went to Olhausen to look at and hopefully purchase a pool table. We were met by Brian, who very nicely and very patiently ( as we knew nothing about pool tables lol ) answered all of our questions and then some. We purchased a pool table and left VERY happy. The great customer service did not stop there. When Sam and Travis showed up to deliver and setup our pool table, they were extremely nice, very thorough, and informative. They did a very professional job and very quickly we were playing pool on our very own pool table!! I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“FABULOUS SERVICE ! On Black Friday my wife and I decided to head over this way to pick out a few Vuori items on our Xmas wish list. After parking our wheels in the underground parking lot we arrived here at around 1pm. THE PLACE WAS PACKED ! A Vuori employee spotted us and if we need help...sure. And Grace...who identified herself as one of the managers proved to be very helpful to my wife in particular. We didn't see any big Black Friday deals...I don't think that is their model and that was not a concern to us. With Grace's help my wife picked out a very pretty Cherry ALLTHEFEELS - FULL ZIP and a Black Heather LONG SLEEVE ESSENTIAL CREW TEE. I've had a couple of Strato Tech Tees - Navy Heather & Charcoal Heather for a few years...love 'em. They are the most comfortable t-shirts I have ever owned. And I have wanted to buy more but have not been very excited about the other pale colors in the range. With a push from my wife I picked out a STRATO TECH TEE MULTIPACK...the 3 colors looked okay. Grace excused herself to take a phone call but we had everything we wanted by that time. At the checkout a friendly cashier named Jacob looked after us nicely...even gave my wife a premium cotton canvas pouch and an oversized matching tote for our gear. I guess because we spent $333. WE LOVE QUALITY WE LOVE VUORI !”

“I'm a local San Diegan, and been here all my life, surf since I was 15 and am now 59. Bought 5 boards, wet suits, apparels etc..from this shop over period of time. Even with advent of online shopping, I continue to support this local store and buy my surf needs from them. Don't let few one star reviews deter you from checking this place out, cause everyone has bad days. But there are more good days in life than bad days and this store is by no means exceptional.”
“AirTrack has provided our gymnastics facility, Legacy Training Center in San Luis Obispo, CA with the 1st ever foam topped airbag in the US! If you are thinking about getting one of these, they are awesome! The general question is “is it better than a pit?” And I would definitely say yes. If you are looking to land directly on your neck, a pit is probably better. For everything else this is way better. I’ve rolled my ankles in pits before, and that won’t happen with this airbag. It is easier to land on, easier to get out of, and way easier to clean than a pit.”
