“Recently rented a storage unit for a business account. Had some difficulties with the rental of the unit, fiduciary agreement etc. while renting through the online portal and arriving to complete the rental agreement in person. Got linked up with Vaneesha by the on-site staff. Vaneesha set up an appointment for me to rent over the phone and made my life so much easier. In today's world of online ordering and setting up accounts for anything and everything, it was wonderful to actually speak to a real, local person. On top of the personal touch, she was great at her job and very nice to interact with. She walked me though the process and addressed all of my concerns, even taking time to call a supervisor when she didn't have a direct answer. I truly hope Vaneesha is valued by her organization because my experience up to interacting with her had been very frustrating and I was ready to take my business elsewhere, and would have if this had turned out differently.
In today's world of corporate greed and outsourcing of positions, it is wonderful to meet and interact with people like Vaneesha.

“This is the best maintained public storage that I've found in the area... There's another very close to this one and the roll up doors are very difficult to open. The doors glide up easily here....
The manager is friendly and easy to talk to.... He also is knowledgeable as well as professional , but he's very down to earth.”

“Since I just got my keys, this review will be about my experience up to today. First earlier this week, I chatted with a rep online about my needs and closest location. She recommended a spot and reserved it for me. This part was great and efficient while multitasking. Soon after, same day, the manager from that location, Eric, called me and help me set up an account. Easy peasy. Then today, I went to the location where the assistant manager (I'm so sorry I'm blanking on his name) showed me how to enter my code to open the gate, and the location of my storage unit.
Overall I am impressed by how efficient this process is. It's been years since I've rented a storage unit. Everyone was so professional and I am appreciative of their help. So far so good!”

“We worked with PODS for our CHiPs for Kids toy drive event at the California Highway Patrol Valley Division office, and our driver, Darron, was outstanding from start to finish. He stayed in constant communication with us, giving clear ETAs for each container and making sure we always knew what to expect.
