“I brought my daughter in for her first cell phone. She wanted an iPhone but I was hesitant about costs. The store representative, Sara showed us all of our options including a great deal on a year older model. It was perfect for my daughters needs and didn't break the bank. The store rep, Sara was very honest and upfront about costs and fees. She even helped my daughter set up the phone and made sure it was ready to use before we left. Sara was great.”

Superb at her job! Friendly knowledgeable, VERY patient (had added process of credit unfreeze, which I did not realize would be an issue ?). Offered me water and reassured me, so I wouldn’t feel rushed. Bought cell service, home internet service and cell phone face protective cover. Her manager, Gabriel, also helped with quirk in the process that was not Myle’s fault. He too, did everything with courtesy to both of us. Good team work is a pleasure to see! Most grateful! SJM”
“My phone flew away on thr freeway the night before my 1st day at new job.
I searched for earliest opening store and came here 15 min before store opens.
Keith came out of the door and listened to my story and prepared new phone for me before even store opens so that all is ready to go at 9am. He then researched to see how he can not increase my monthly bill with new phone purchase (S25) and I ended up buying new phone for wife iPhone 16 pro max) and brought montly bill by $40. At the end he gave me a high end Anker power bank as a gift and gave me his business card. I had minor problem that night at remote location on my job and I texted him and he replied. Next day he tried to help me remotely without me coming in as I was far. Away. I've never seen anyone so nice and competent at Verizon store. This guy should be in the training department.”
