While the items were out of stock and required a wait, I cannot say enough good things about Cid, the Hayward CA staff and the delivery men. The product is gorgeous. “We were looking for a real solid wood dining table. They sell Amish built products not found at any of the big chains in So Cal. We found exactly what we wanted. The table is being built and stained custom at no extra cost over in stock ones.
Many choices of wood colors styles and distressing available. A 20 ft wall of all stains available on all types of wood offered. So you know exactly what your getting. The salesperson also said if we dont love it they will fully refund our deposit. I probably will update my rating once we receive the table and chairs. But so far im a solid 4 stars.”
