“I called this facility trying to get in contact with FedEx in Windsor, and even though I'm sure that the team are sick of calls like mine, the woman who answered the phone had the patience of a saint, and very politely explained the misunderstanding (they're a third party licensed FedEx shipping facility, not responsible for package deliveries to homes), and gave me all of the information that I needed to contact FedEx directly. It's rare to find such polite and helpful customer service these days!”
“Great wine shippers. I work at a local winery, and they have shipped for us all over the world. Most recently to Switzerland. But those pesky control states are no match for Rita and everyone there. Definitely use these guys!!”

“Easiest shipping experience. I had to ship a leased work laptop and charger and they didn't send me a return box or any instructions just an emailed return label.Should be noted, im terrible at shipping. I have zero idea how to do anything to make sure stuff is safe. Stresses me out. Im always worried it's going to be damaged or not get to the right place.It was super easy here and I'm 100% confident it will get there perfect.Plus they are really nice, its easy to find, and they have a neat fish tank”

Just now, Sierra answered all my questions promptly and took care of my request to downgrade to a smaller box size in a timely and accurate manner. I am changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. The manager contacted me and and the rectified the problem and apologized for the inconvenience.”

“Because I am disabled with mobility issues, I wouldn't have been able to get into this place without the assistance of my caregiver. There's no adjacent parking close by. The front door is difficult to open with no disabled access button. I'd go elsewhere, given the chance. This is a bad location, even for "normies," due to the parking situation...”

“I love this place mailed gifts for Christmas and there was no line like at the Post Office. Being a third party they do charge a little more but it's so worth it! They also have mailing items, and lots of gadgets. So nice also!!!”

“This place is great- being run by several helpful and friendly people. I needed a mailbox and they let me email the necessary documents to them instead of making me go home and come back with hard copies. Also, there is a welcoming, family-type atmosphere and prompt service. Can you imagine?! A place where they seem glad you are there and they WANT to help you?! It still exists :) I imagine after a few trips in they will probably know me by name, which is something I crave in our fast paced world where real customer service is the exception rather than the rule. This place rocks.”

“First time customer at this location, but all I can say is- Anthony. The narrative screaming young people don't want to work let alone work hard haven't met young workers like Anthony. This dude is ?! He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable top to bottom (I brought in an online purchase to return/ship and needed a shipping label the company had provided me printed, as we don't have one at home.) I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He talked me through the process step by step and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly suggest if you need competent, quick help ask for Anthony! Thanks Anthony! (Anthony's boss/manager should highly consider giving this man a raise ??)”
