I've been here before, and service was good. However, on the UPS Store website it shows they are open until 6:00 PM; on their door it shows 5:30 PM. I was there right at 5:30 and the doors were locked, so maybe 5:25? So much for trying to ship on the way to & from work.

I drop outgoing mail off here so that i can be told if it needs another stamp! letters get returned to me for extra postage and then not delivered on time.

Really on the ball employees here. When I have packages they hold and I get email notification. The mailbox service I have kept even after moving farther away cause I can access at night, plus good price.Don't know why there are complaints. Very above and beyond service here.
