Great coffee, warm local energy, and a peach date muffin worth rearranging breakfast for. Then there are the pies, made with local apples and tasting exactly like you hope a small town pie should. By day two, it wasn’t a coffee stop anymore, it is a necessity. Some places serve coffee and goodies. Trinks becomes part of the trip.

Vue Kitchen
39300 S, 39300 CA-1, GualalaWe had a wonderful dinner at Vue in Gualala. The staff was genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cocktail was freshly made and perfectly balanced.
The highlight of the evening was the pork osso bucco. It was incredibly tender, literally falling off the bone, and full of flavor—easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time.
To complement our meal, we enjoyed a lovely old vine Zinfandel that paired beautifully with the food. Watching the sunset from the restaurant while enjoying great wine and an outstanding dinner made for a truly memorable evening.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. Great food, great drinks, beautiful views, and excellent service!
