We used to go to Pet Smart and PetCo, Ramona was just not happy. We needed someone who understands her and her needs.I have not had an issue getting an appointment gettin her in when I need too. Staff has been very friendly and kind. If their is an issue I get a call and we discuss what should be done. They are very caring when it comes to my Angel. I know that I can leave her and she is being loved and care for and groomed. Thank you to every one at Paws Down Perfection Grooming for all you have done for our family babygirl you treat Ramona like family. THANK YOU!!!!!

6951-C, 6951 East Road East, Redwood ValleyWe had a medical emergency with our 5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog while traveling and stopped here without an appointment. The staff was incredibly welcoming, compassionate, and understanding. The doctor did a thorough physical exam, ruled out all dangerous conditions, and provided exactly what our dog needed to stay comfortable for the rest of our road trip. Thank you so much for saving our day and taking such great care of our boy!

Testa Coffee & Wine Shop
9001B North State Street, Redwood ValleyTraveling along the 101? This is a great stop for a quick bite near Redwood Valley. We also did a wine tasting, because why not? Family owned for generations, this is a smaller winery but the vinos are excellent. We shared a single tasting and it was enough for both of us to get the full flavor of the wines. We had about 3.5 hrs left of our drive north so didn’t want to get tipsy as one can do when during a tasting. Just 4 wines were available, so even better for minimal alcohol intake. For lunch we enjoyed a grilled cheese and the turkey pesto melt, very crunchy and not too heavy. The wine pairings were served with a salty pretzel snack and we had water to cleanse the palate in between. This cute spot boast a nice outdoor seating area and an adjoining antique (and more, like home made soaps & textiles) shop for souvenirs or, like we did, a bit of Xmas shopping. We ended up joining the quarterly wine club and left with four bottles of our favorites. What a great spot, nice to see this in cute Redwood Valley. We were the only ones there on a Sunday at 12:30pm and they were closing up shop when we were looking around the antique side. Pretty cute and worth the stop. Be sure to say hi to the canaries out front, they’re pretty cute too.

Broiler Steak House
8400 Uva Drive, Redwood ValleyIt’s the only dinner place between Ukiah and Willits that’s open on a Tuesday night. The place was packed by 6, and it is a big place, with booths and rooms for big parties. I ordered a NY steak and it’s perfectly cooked to Medium Rare. The meat was tender and well seasoned, broiled over mesquite. The meal came with salad and choice of fruits or baked potatoes. Service was friendly and courteous, my water was refilled several times. I saw the tables not just cleaned but well scrubbed after the guests leave. I highly recommend
