Subsequently, I came in with wanting a watch and he was patient with all my questions and called the Verizon line for me so we can clarify some concerns I had. If you ever need a phone or any help with Verizon, you need to go to this store and ask for Rafael.”

“I like Macy's in general, and this is one of the stores where I really enjoy shopping in. It's a smaller Macy's store but it has everything that you need and great selection. Numerous options of clothing, shoes, bags. This Macy's is part of the Hillsdale Mall and that makes it even more enjoyable when you can shop at other stores after you're done at Macy's. I especially like the jewelry department at this Macy's. I purchased unique pieces of jewelry here that I did not see at other Macy's stores. The store is well maintained and is in good shape and I hope will remain open for many many years. I don't want retail stores to go away, they are a great asset in our lives.”
“First, I want to say that almost all of the apple employees were great... except for the guy who "checked me in" and gave me an "appointment." He told me to come back in an hour. When I returned, I had no appointment, and no one was ready to help me. Then, the (actually 1st) thing that occurred was with an apple consultant on the phone. She was completely incompetent. She wrote zero notes about what we spent nearly an hour "fixing," which was a simple password change... she had me wipe the computer, and when that didn't work, I could feel her freaking out by her tone, and THEN she told me to go to the Apple store. I'm not exactly sure what she did, but my laptop no longer works at all ?
Every time that I've called Apple care, they've all been wonderful and helped me fix whatever the problem was. Unfortunately, I got a person who had no idea what she was doing. My only advice is never wipe your computer unless a technical person at an Apple store tells you to do so...?”
“Massive shoutout to Krishma (apologies if spelling is not correct) who did not try to upsell me despite me asking to purchase a new pair of AirPods Pro. I told her I lost one 6 months ago and she used my phone to look up the serial number and had a replacement in my hand within minutes. I didn't remember on the spot which one was missing and she let me know that I couldn't return one so this would be a bet. I got home with the one Airpod I took a guess about and it was a perfect fit. Almost $200 of savings”
