327 Broadway St, King CityI stopped here on the drive back from Monterey to Los Angeles for one thing, the protein style low carb tacos in the Yelp photos. I was so surprised at all the healthy options! They even have a vegan "blue zones" menu. Everything fresh, clean, delicious and so reasonably priced. For $4 a lettuce wrap taco with avocado, crema, fresh pico de gallo, and crumbled Cotija cheese you can't go wrong. This is a great healthy option en route off the 101 because after wine tasting on the Central Coast or a weekend trip of overindulgence the last thing I want is more carbs.

201 Broadway St, King CityThis is our go to spot for our drive from SoCal to Santa Cruz. Food is pretty inexpensive, fast and friendly service and we are supporting a local spot. It's outdoor only seating so it can be a bit chilly sometime (seems to be windy a lot) but still totally worth the stop!
