“I had my cracked screen replaced at Gadgetneeds, and the entire experience was fantastic. It was my first time needing a screen replacement, and they made the process a breeze. The team was professional, and they had my phone fixed within a few hours. Hopefully, I won't need another repair anytime soon, but if I do, Gadgetneeds will be my go-to!”
“They replace my hdmi on my ps5 for my 15 year old kid. Called in advance they said they were a Lil busy but they will try to have it before closing. They called me 30 min before closing letting me know that the ps5 was ready.”

“This is a new company store located at the corner of San Gabriel Boulevard and Huntington Drive. The parking lot is a little small. The staff in the store was very helpful. There was no waiting time for a team member to assist me. The store has many sections of phones and equipment. The manager of the store introduce herself. She told me about the Internet services available in my city.”
“Rosa was the person working when I got there and whatever this person is making isn't enough she needs a raise. What an attentive diligent and fast working employee. Five stars really go to her. Working the store by myself she helped two preceding customers, me, AND dealt with a rep from Motorola. The store was clean, the hours signage was clear and legible.Note, not all of the product signage inside is in English, but I don't think that's bad. Definitely good for speakers/readers of Chinese! Rosa was adept at both switching back and forth to help everyone, and ALSO getting product samples, products, and accessories for each of us. Didn't confuse a single transaction or forget a detail and went the extra bit to even switch her register systems when it was being a little jank!Rosa 10/10. Cricket was pretty good too. My new mobile hotspot is working wonderfully so far, just like my Cricket service plan which has served me well the last 7+/- years.”
“Jason at Mac Hollywood repairs is a highly skilled professional. He worked incredibly fast to completely replace the logic board in my M1 Macbook pro when several other places wouldn't take on the job. To me, this level of customer service is above and beyond. “I came in on a Saturday morning right when they opened and Sarah opened the door greeting me I was left with a mess from two days prior from some other customer service associate she fixed my problem was so smart she knew it right away you need to put this girl in management because the other service I had was awful to fix my problem she got me a new phone a new line and compt me very acute knowledge of all products regulations and customer service options”

After he diagnosed the phone he gave me the quote and we agreed with the price. If I need any other service I would definitely go back. I recommend this place.”

“Last Saturday recently had an absolutely incredible experience at this AT&T store, I was greeted warm welcome.I went in to upgrade my phone, something I usually find stressful and overwhelming. But this time, it was different. Bosco helped me with it, was a beacon of patience. He didn't just rush through the motions that made everything so much easier to understand. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. It was a busy day (Veterans' Day). Jen's personable demeanor and friendly smile is what made a difference, and I absolutely will be returning to this AT&T location.
