“I bought three phones and the manager heard me saying that I was going to order screen protectors for the phones before we used them. He told me he could give a screen protector dollars each and that I could replace it at any time. I did it and a month later I needed replacement and they said I needed to buy a protection plan which is 18 dollars a month for each phone and then they can do it. Im that's is just awful. Nobody told me that when I bought the screen protector. It's not ok when they sell you stuff without telling you everything you need to buy so it can work. I would not recommend this store since they are not trustworthy .”

“Due to a recent merger, I contacted All Roads to cancel one of our 2 satellite phones as the new company was consolidating equipment. Zach was so helpful and able to quickly provide me the information I needed to cancel the line. Being a small mineral exploration company, All Roads satellite service has been a great asset to us for a number of years, especially in remote areas of rural Nevada and providing a sense of security to our field staff and contractors. Their service and monthly costs are reasonable. I would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. Thank you for providing such reliable service.”

“Carlos Cecena was extremely helpful today!! in December. We switched all of our personal and business phones over to T-Mobile. Unfortunately, we had not been able to get any feedback over the last two months about a rebate. I went in today and Carlos was extremely helpful. He stayed on the phone an hour after I left and we had a couple phone calls to get the issue addressed. He was extremely helpful. “I went back to this Tmobile this past wek and once again was assited by Julio. I was able to get the Samsung S24 plus for a reasonable price. The reason that I had to pay was due to the fact, that there was another line which has the S23 that I am still paying on. However Julio was upfront with the situation and was able to get the deal done. By the way the S24 plus is worth it. And besides that in less than six months the S23 will be paid for and my bill will drop significantly and the S 24 plus will be literally be paid for as well. Julio was very professional and pleasant. He was able to assist me in paying the payment arrangement that was set up. The only thing I would recommend to have an payment machine, so that you can make an payment without checking in with a customer representative. Or waive the five dollar fee. Especially if you are a veteran. Or have them ask a customer. Other than that only had to wait five minutes, which was very good.”

Faster than it ever has in the 3 years I have been here, due to the wonky installations by DTV and more over the years. He was so nice and polite. And the internet now runs blazing fast!!!
