My installer, Jesus A. did a fantastic job going over install options, and finished quickly. I had already downloaded the MyNetwork app, so he showed me how to get everything up and running quickly. “I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Not only is T-Mobile's service plan superior, but it also costs significantly less. However, the process of transferring my number from AT&T was quite challenging and frustrating. Thankfully, James at T-Mobile was there to help me through it.

James was incredibly patient and dedicated, working with me for over an hour to ensure everything was done correctly. Despite the numerous obstacles AT&T threw our way, James never once made me feel like I was taking up too much time. Even as it went past closing time, he remained calm, focused, and never rushed the process.

His professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service were evident throughout our interaction. Thanks to James, I was able to walk out with my current number and a fantastic new service plan. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Kudos to James and T-Mobile for going above and beyond!”

“Due to a recent merger, I contacted All Roads to cancel one of our 2 satellite phones as the new company was consolidating equipment. Zach was so helpful and able to quickly provide me the information I needed to cancel the line. Being a small mineral exploration company, All Roads satellite service has been a great asset to us for a number of years, especially in remote areas of rural Nevada and providing a sense of security to our field staff and contractors. Their service and monthly costs are reasonable. I would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. Thank you for providing such reliable service.”

“We have been with Cox for over 40+ but had to cancel wifi and phone service due a move. They couldn’t access our account over the phone without the passcode to cancel. We had to bring our equipment into a physical store with our ID to cancel.

The Santee location is in a plaza with plenty of parking. The store itself is spacious and bright. When you walk in, you’re greeted and to sign in on the tablet. We were number 2 on the list.

Everything was fast. A receipt was printed to show proof of equipment return.”

“I went in to quickly add a phone and a line (free Samsung w/24-month activation) for my adult daughter. The wait was not too long, one representative suggested I could get started with the app which I have on my phone so I did that to speed things up. It took about an hour and I was in and out. The only problem was they guaranteed I would get 25% off the accessories but when I got home, the receipt did not have the discount. I bought them in store & they were an app special. However they reassured me I’d get the discount in store, as one accessory of the required 3 to get the discount, they had only one left in store. I may call them and ask if they will refund the 25% off, which involved another trip! It was promised but not delivered! Otherwise all went well & my daughter was very appreciative and lived her new Samsung phone…just the one she wanted!”

“Verizon is the best in the Area, imho, although I had a surprisingly good experience at the Brentwood AT&T store. I came in all ready to have a talk to the hand experience but that isn’t what happened. Some of the customers were confused about why they were there but no one seemed overly rude and demanding. Both Brentwood stores had heightened security and employees who seemed to be satisfied. I enjoyed both, but still want to know the best provider for wired internet available for my 1998 home located near Big Break? Any ideas?”

“First, I want to preface this review by saying that the 5 stars are solely for this specific employee and do not reflect my overall experience with Verizon or this location as a whole.

I've actually had an incredibly terrible experience with Verizon since I switched over a couple months ago and very much regret leaving T-Mobile for Verizon, but this one employee at the Mission Valley storefront has been my saving grace. I do not think I would have been able to manage being a Verizon customer any longer without their help.

It's unfortunate that I cannot remember their name, but if you were the person that's helped the customer who was accompanied by a sleepy lil dog on two separate occasions both which were lengthy, thank you so so much.

This employee genuinely did all they could to help me get to a resolution. They were kind, patient, knowledgable, and a clear communicator. They went above and beyond to figure out the root cause of all my account issues instead of giving some generic robotic answer that wouldn't have addressed or solved anything.

So whoever is this person's boss, know that you have a solid employee and they deserve a raise :)”

“Harrison was probably the most helpful person there is- I'm overseas and my phone wasn't working so my dad went to the Verizon store, Facetimed me since calls weren't working either, and Harrison spent almost an hour and a half trying all different solutions to try and fix it. He even called tech support and spoke with them acting as a go-between since I couldn't place calls. So shout out to Harrison (and my dad I guess?) for dealing with a bunch of different people to try and help me out!”

“They let your return your old equipment here unlike AT&T which makes you go to UPS who then tells you your scanned equipment isn't coming up in the system and that you'll be at-risk of paying $150 for each piece of equipment they manually enter into the system for return.

“My Grandmother was having trouble with her her landline making her sound like a robot as well as the call being extremely staticky.Contacted cox customer care and within a few days they sent out a wonderful technician. Omar who replaced and updated all of the wiring that had not been updated in the 15+years that my grandmother has lived in the home. He did the job in a timely manner and was very accommodating, professional and able to call me who wasn’t at the appointment to follow up with and let me know the outcome. He went above and beyond thank you again to Omar my grandmothers connection is working nice and strong again. Goodbye to the robot and static!!!”
