The Rancho Mission Viejo UPS is clean, extremely polite, helpful and just all around awesome. The owner is almost always there and he is such a nice man. I drive to this location and bypass my local UPS in SC which is so awful. Hopefully UPS acknowledges stores that are run to this standard of excellent customer service.”
