“I came to this store because my husband said they had more jerseys that were sold out and Tracy was so nice! They did not have one of the sizes I was looking for so we were able to get it outsourced and she did so very quickly! It is a great store”
“Rented 6 sleeping bags for out of towners who were joining me on a camping retreat. They were perfect for our needs; easy reserving them on line, easy pick up and return.”
“Super chill atmosphere, and the lady who helped me was very attentive and direct on what to do and what would work for my feet. First time in my life wearing shoes that support me. You will find exactly what you need here.”
“My kid goes here and loves it. He trains and competes, but also loves the classes because they are fun and he makes friends. The vibe is very community oriented and warm, but they also teach discipline and respect.”
“Great place to shop for shoes! Owner is very knowledgeable about the product, and offered many alternatives for me to try on. Prices are reasonable, and the top notch service makes a huge difference, highly recommended!”
“I walked in 15 min before closing to look for a new walking shoes. I believe it was Shannon or Sharon who helped me. She was so nice, patient and knowledgeble and found me a perfect walking shoes Women's ASICS Gel Cumulus 27. Its been a game changer for me. I wear it everyday to walk my dogs and jog and its my favorite shoes now!”
“What a great local spot to pick up some running shoes. The man who worked there was so helpful, he answered all of my questions about what shoe would be best for my needs, and provided help on sizing. He was very patient and pulled 5 different pairs of shoes for me to try on. In the end, I found the perfect fit. Will be back for my next pair!”
“This is seriously the best one stop shop for everything lacrosse. Both my kids played so we have been coming here for years now and they are always so helpful and provide great recommendations. Whether you’re getting started with the sport or just need some new gear or restringing, definitely recommend checking them out.”
“Worth the money. What took my husband and dad 1.5 days of trying to figure it out took them 45minutes. They also came out the very next day which was nice since my son was so excited. Thank you!”
“One of the best places I have ever worked at. Club care came into my life when I was at a very low point. Everyone there was helpful and loving; really made me feel like family. Tha k you Jeff for giving me a chance to get my life back on track after losing so much.”
“Stopped in while in Concord to check out camping gear, and wow — what a great find! The team here is fantastic. The gentlemen working were quick to help, knew the store well, and gave spot-on recommendations. The manager on duty went above and beyond, making sure we left with exactly what we needed and a great deal to match. It’s rare these days to find a store that delivers excellent products and genuine customer care. We’ll definitely be back!”
“I visited Soccer Post this weekend hoping to get some numbers printed on my jerseys and they did NOT disappoint! A previous encounter with another store (who shall not be named) left me traumatized and broken. Luckily, the staff here were polite and charming—assisting me, noticing me. I carried in two jerseys, black and white, and asked if they could print a number on each. David—the manager—responded, “Number 10”? I was enthralled. Is it possible he could recognize a person’s disposition upon a mere glance? “Yes”, I replied, maintaining my composure. “White on black and black on white!”, he proclaimed. He even knew the colors I needed as if he were some kind of Soccer Pro. They asked me to wait as the machine warmed up. I passed the time meandering about the store, and noticed the abundance of World Cup apparel and fanfare. The Mexico home jersey shone with a deep, natural green as if it sprouted right there in the store. I asked to try it on and the staff were utterly pleasant and encouraged me to sample anything I desired. I loved the jersey so much I decided to buy one for myself and another for my loving wife. At the end, the printed jerseys came out without so much as a geometric imperfection. My trained eye could tell that the protractor I brought would not be necessary today. The prices at Soccer Post were reasonable and without shipping costs, unlike those dreaded online stores with no character. I will be coming back very soon to pick up the Mexico jersey with the star upon their World Cup victory!”
“Friendly staff always, but beware that as of Dec 2022 the Council is requiring advancement records to buy merit and advancement badges. The past couple of years they were not.”
“Got a call today of an error on my credit and got a call while driving home that when I go back the will add the credit on my red card. Classy honey people. They care. LeRoy A Salido”
“Had an excellent experience here! They saved me when I only had a couple days before my flight to a wedding across the country. 3 lehenga tops and a belt altered perfectly in 2 days for an incredible price. Super sweet ladies too 🩷 muchas gracias por todo”
“This review is for the store, not the company. The store was well staffed on a Saturday morning and merchandise was neatly organized. They were very helpful in processing an online return (when the online customer service team was not). They also helped me out with setting up a fitting room so I could try on new stuff. Also the employees were all wearing the brand…always a good sign.”
“Went in today for soccer cleats for my daughter. The pricing was great ($45) for really nice Adidas that both fit and appealed to her. Even though we weren’t demanding customers, Justin helped bring her the size she wanted to try and also the perfect recommendation of an alternate color in the same size without us asking. He was very kind and helpful. I entered my email address online before checkout for an extra 10% coupon and left feeling like the Dad hero of the day.”
“This place is awesome! They handle all my PSA needs no problem! (I do 300+card subs) and they have a great selection of Pokemon and Sports. I have a whatnot stream thats Successful and when I want to buy cards for myself I come here!!”
“We feel so lucky to have Soccer Post in our local area. Tom is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is a seasoned pro with all things soccer gear related. We can always count on the Soccer Post to make sure our players are well equipped each and every season. Professional knowledge and service is unrivaled and cannot be found online or at a big-box store. Support a local business, support Alameda Soccer Post. You will be well taken care of.”
“Very wonderful employee helped me find what I needed (an exercise band for hip rehabilitation). I don't often go to a sporting goods store because I'm relatively sedentary and outta shape. I would have no idea where to find one or what kind I needed. She explained the benefits of each type of band, so now I'll be able to strut and saunter again instead of lurch and lumber along. AND river floats- which I needed for my river trip tomorrow- were on an end of summer sale, so the prices were great. Not only that, this Big 5 is right next to the beach so I got to enjoy a few carefree moments in the sun after shopping.”

“Great local shop in Pleasant Hills. City Arms East has a surprisingly great selection for a smaller store, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. One of the best parts is the atmosphere — lots of good banter between the employees and customers. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy hanging out, chatting, and learning a thing or two. If you’re looking for a solid local shop with great people and a welcoming vibe, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend supporting them.”
“Akram the manager is very kind, patient, and detailed. I needed bra fitting and she explained to me all the different bra types, including how strapless bras should fit, and was very thorough and patient making sure I found the proper fit. Because of her patience and great customer service, I decided to buy another two bras from here. The other employees were also very kind and helpful, even going as far as searching through bins and drawers to find my favorite colors and styles. I had a great experience and will only be going to this location from now on, solely for the customer service and experience.”
The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
