“I just had my windows replaced and they look amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from my first call with Jennifer to the installation today. Jennifer didn’t give me a huge sales pitch and try to upsell me (which is why I didn’t go with the other companies I spoke to), and she kept me up to date on scheduling. The installer, Issac was so kind and did an awsome job and a clean and tidy job too! He made sure I was completely happy before leaving the house. Manny also installed the windows and was very particular about cleaning up every last speck of dust! They showed up on time, were respectful, and left me with gorgeous windows!”

“Our railings had to be renovated since the gaps in between the rails were not up to code and isn’t safe for our toddler. To be honest we were a bit skeptical when we went to Elite railings to inquire about glass railings because David was able to give us a quote just by estimating the measurements through pictures. I mean surely it can’t be accurate. And also since we had a bad experience with another contractor who did a different project in our home, we were cautious to settle with just one option for this new project. We inquired with a different railings company and gave us a quote which was way overpriced. So we chose Elite railings and hoped we didn’t make a wrong choice. It was the best decision ever! Even after onsite measurement, David did not anything to the quote. He was easy to talk to and made sure all our requests were taken into consideration. His team was also even able to remove the previous rails and install the new ones without damaging the carpet. The entire process was finished in no time even with the holidays as there were 3 people working on just this railing at the same time. Even after it was finished, David made sure that we were happy and satisfied with the results. Our only regret is that we haven’t known Elite railings for our other home projects. But if we do have new ones that involves glass or railings, we will surely go for Elite railings/glass again and recommend them to friends and family as well.”

“I was out in the area with a friend and was on a job. I asked him we're there was a home depot in the area and all he could do was laugh. I have unfortunately become so used to trying to find all my items at large stores and with the lost of so many mom pop sops going away so fast I was at a lost when he told me of this place. Thank you Lord that small places like this still exist. I know for a fact that at a large store it would take a lot of time to find the few things I needed but here I walk in and bam everything I need at a arms links thank you so much and I hope you guys get to keep up the great work and never fall to the overpriced super stores that are trying to take you out. I felt like a kid that had gone in to every garage of all my friends growing up. Rows and rows of nothing but nut bolts and anything else you could look for. “What an amazing place. They have items you won't find elsewhere and specialty hardware. I stopped in to get a propane exchange tank, and the customer service staff member was ready before I even got in the store. The clerk checked me out, and I had my receipt and new tank in 7 minutes flat. Great value and amazing customer service. You won't get that at Lowe's or Home Depot. Highly recommended”

“I have been buying from this company for over 40 years. They are not a public storefront but they accept walk-ins and help as best they can. There is nowhere else in Orange County that you can have someone do an on site hose repair the way this company can, and while they are extremely busy at all times of day fulfilling large quantity orders for industrial businesses, they will make sure you get taken care of. This does mean you may have to wait and be patient.Just like every other business right now, they are short-staffed and having issues getting inventory shipped in. They qualify good customer service as getting the job done; if they can't do it, they'll tell you. If they are too busy to get to you right away, they will tell you. “Johnstone Supply is one of the best HVAC suppliers in town. People who left them one star review due to them not selling to public need to get educated. HVAC suppliers are only allowed to sell parts and equipment to contractors, who are licensed in the state of California. How can you be so ignorant and expect them to bend the rules for you, they will loose their license to sell if they do that. Customer service is awesome, they are quick to help and always friendly. I highly recommend them to other contractors.”
