I went on 19 December at 2 o'clock but the workors told me in a mutual conversation that we will not provide you any service. And then I thought that now I am not following your line (I found the service very dirty)

They never have the phone I want . Never offer deals. Have 2 phones and do not get family plan didn't offer it either. Not very helpful. Pushes expensive phones.

Wouldn't use this metro pcs store. Very unprofessional. No customer service skills and very rude. No management available.
