“I had an excellent experience working with Victoria. She went above and beyond during my upgrade process, taking the time to thoroughly explain my options, answer all of my questions, and ensure everything was set up correctly before I left the store. She is a valuable asset to the store and delivers outstanding customer service.”

“Verizon made it quite a pain to switch but Brittney was absolutely knowledgeable and kind and incredibly helpful. I probably had to visit 3 or 4 times in order to get things sorted and she was already ready to help without even a hint of impatience. Switching is never fun and she's a credit to the company. The Costco deals are really solid, too!”

“I walked in and asked about the available plans and how I could transfer off of my family plan to my own. Cooper was very helpful and helped me find the best plan for me and for my family with the change. The store is clean, well laid out, and all the employees are friendly. I was greeted at the door and didn't have to wait to talk to someone! I had a really good experience.”

“My adult son and I went into this store, Tuesday to have his new phone activated after his old phone was broken. The customer service person on the phone that the Manager, Emily and we were dealing with was rude and not willing to help at all. He was also very insulting to my son who has medical issues that impairs his speach and him walking even though he is extremely smart and very physically strong. Emily was extremely professional and got his phone activated in spite of the phone service rep. Additionally there was a mentally unstable customer who entered the store ranting and raving.. he was quite intimidating. Emily and her staff did not let this customer intimidate them and eventually told the customer to leave without his anger shooting to the level he threatened it would. Kudos to Emily and her staff person. Thank you so much!”

“Best customer service experience ever! Ronnie and Vu were absolutely amazing. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. After dealing with several issues from our previous carrier, they went above and beyond to help us find solutions, even when the situation became complicated. They made sure everything was taken care of and that we were completely satisfied. We truly appreciate all of their help and highly recommend them!”

“This review is for all the people who do Drive-Up deliveries to cars. You ALL are AMAZING. Seriously. Every single time the person bringing out my order is kind, friendly, professional and wonderful. I have to use Drive Up often and am always humbled by how considerate and pleasant they are despite it being a difficult job - I have heard from a gf who used to do it. I've had to do returns this way too, even when a new employee wasn't sure how to process it - nothing but patient, professional, and a joy to interact with. Thank you guys so much! Rock star team out here.”
