Agustin's Exotic Birds and Reptiles
2408 Lomita Blvd a, LomitaI've gone here for sometimes now, last week my pet dragon had an eye infection, was hard to go to the vet because of my crazy work schedule. He not only helped me with my poor dragon, but recommended a med that sells way higher than if you went to see the vet, and that does not include the work they do at the vet. Not only did he save me money, but showed me other ways to keep her healthy like getting a 150 heat lamp which is better then what I had. Thanks again Agustin, seriously an answer to my prayer, God bless you and your family.

Lomita Feed Store
24403 Narbonne Ave, LomitaIf I could give ''em ten stars I would. This place is wonderful and so are the cowboys and cowgirls that work here. If you can't find what you're looking for on the shelves, don't fret. Just ask one of the many employees if they can special order it for you and I guarantee they will. This place is a diamond in the rough. Don't let the size of the barn fool ya. What they lack in sq. ft., they make up for in BIG neighborly LOVE. Don't forget to say Hello to the Owner of the store when you're passing through...he's the one who's always smiling from ear to ear because he loves what he does. Howdy BiLL!

Bay Pet Grooming
25626 Narbonne Ave, LomitaIt's funny reading David's review because letting your dog's nails grow too long actually does lead to the "quick" growing with it. This leads to easier bleeding when the claws are finally trimmed. If you don't know how to take care of your own pets, don't blame the groomer. I bet David G doesn't do oil changes and blames the car for breaking down. I used to go here when I lived down in Socal. Checked out the business to see how it was doing, and I'm glad to see that it seems to be doing well, except for the odd review by neglectful pet owners.

Pet Care
Pierson Lisa a DVM
LomitaI switched my cats to her homemade diet and my extra grumpy 9 year old cat is much happier. She's had the zoomies and playing more than usual. I realize now that the commercial food was the issue and I think she just had stomach problems. No more occasional diarrhea and the litter boxes smell much better now. And because I was feeding a higher quality wet food diet to 3 cats, it was extremely expensive and this is about 75% cheaper in cost.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants
The Slip Bar & Eatery - Lomita
24503 Narbonne Ave, LomitaFood good. Enjoyed the potato taquitos and the hot wings. Got the burger order wrong. We were there with my cousins grandson & ordered a plain cheeseburger with ketchup. Brought a burger with all the stuff on it. Six year old was very disappointed. Ordered a Sierra Mist and it had no syrup in it. Can't imagine that was the first time it was served like that. Why not just offer bottled or canned soda instead of serving bad soda?

Pizza Kraft at Project Barley
2306 Pacific Coast Hwy, LomitaINSANELY AMAZING PIZZA.Ordered easily online before we got there; grabbed beers at Project Barley and waited just a few minutes for pizza paradise. My friend and I consider ourselves pizza snobs and we were absolutely blown away by how good this was and why it took us four years to find the best pizza right under our noses. We shared a large 86th Street between the 3 of us and finished it off happily and easily. The cheesey, tomato saucey, basily ratio was perfect. The melted cheese pull was a thing of beauty at the first grabbed slice. The bright, super flavorful tomato sauce was ample (so many places skimp on sauce) and delicious and the crust had the perfect flavor and chew for which we snobs search the planet.Service was friendly and prompt; they brought our piping hot pizza to us in the brewery along with plates, utensils and napkins and even gave our furry friend treats.Around these parts, we typically get pizza at the following places:Costco (fairly decent and cheap, great for parties)Lamppost in Torrance (tasty American pizza)Raffaellos in Palos Verdes (tasty American pizza...awesome Torpedo deluxe sandwiches)Bonellos on Narbonne (tasty)Sorrentos in Pedro (Very good, expensive)Fat Tomato in Rolling Hills (decent)Eatalian in Gardena (authentic Naples style pizza)Masa in Echo Park (Amazing Chicago style pizza)Rance's in Long Beach (delicious Chicago style pizza)L'Antica Pizzareia da Michele in Hollywood (crazy good Italian style pizza)And we'll trek all the way to San Clemente and beyond for my favorite, Pizza Port, but seriously, Pizza Kraft will now be my go-to.It's just a day later and I am craving PIZZA KRAFT again. What a winner!
