776 E Pacific St, CarsonWe were very impressed with how professional & nice the owner is, I needed to order a cake last minute & googled dog bakeries, several popped up closer to home but Redondo Dog stood out & had good reviews so I was willing to make the drive. I called to see if I would be able to get a cake sameday & the person who answered whom I believe is the owner said yes & let me know available times to pick up curbside. My cake & treats were ready & picked up in less than 2 hours. He even offers Happy Birthday cake decoration! My dogs loved the cake they did not leave a single crumb their bowls were left clean, My pugs are very picky about food & treats. It smelled so good, the cake was nice & soft, frosting was light & fluffy, we got a small size dog bone shape & it’s enough for at least 6-8 slices depending on how thick you slice it, decoration was simple & cute, he even wrote Happy Birthday & our dogs name on it. I couldn’t be happier with the service & cake, definitely my new go to & highly recommend Redondo Dog.

22404 S Avalon Blvd, CarsonThis is an establishment that I took two of my former dogs to over 30 years ago. I have a new puppy and she’s back with them as well. They give very thorough examinations and they go over each item in detail on the invoice until you understand. The office is clean! Very clean. You’d think you were there for a human. HOWEVER, This is what I expect from any hospital human or animal. It makes you feel very comfortable. And the knowledgeable staff is very friendly, informative, and the doctors and staff provide information in layman’s terms. They spend enough time with you to ensure you are comfortable and fully informed. I’m so glad to be back with a professional and caring animal hospital. And to be back with MY Avalon Animal and Bird Hospital! And I say many thanks to them, and to those reading this review, make your appointment now for your fur baby, feathered baby, or whatever baby you have. You won’t regret it. Oh, and the comments you may read about not being able to go inside is false. They may have gone during the pandemic and was not allowed in. Only the pet. But you absolutely ? can go inside. As you should. And I was placed in a very clean room with my Roxi. So I’m not sure where they get that from. They do have signs posted for drop offs or pick ups, but that sign is for those with disabilities or who can’t walk in. I hope that clears up some of the misleading post. Because I had to call them once there because I read the post and then saw the signs and I almost didn’t go. I’m so glad I did my own investigation because that is not the experience I remember from my past visits with my former pets. And they still had the records on both of my former pets! That was really over 30 years ago. I had both of those dogs when my daughter was a young child and she’s 37 now. And it’s the same warm, friendly, informative services I remember. Judge for yourself. You’ll be glad you did.

22251 S Wilmington Ave, CarsonMy review is long overdue. Canelo has been going to daycare since he was less than a year for daycare and now recently Boarding. Wag Hotels is amazing.I worry a lot of the care for my dog and I do not trust any other establishment other than Wag Hotels. They are so accomodating and were very patient with Canelo since day 1--since he is a very big dog and also very Vocal. Canelo loves daycare and I can notice it on the excitement when we arrive. If you need a place where you know your dog is taken care of Wag Hotels is the place. The staff is great, location is always clean and they are 24/7.

Parking in this area especially is horrible, in my opinion parking in the mall adjacent then walking over saves a headache but to each their own.

Also I ordered grilled onions on two burgers and they came with no onions. The one on carson St is much better. I've never had problems with my orders there. Do better. The girl taking the orders was great. The person taking the money and handing the food was great as well. The person putting the burger together NAH come on. Do better.

Manila's Lechon
118 W Carson St, CarsonCame in kind of late. My uncle wanted a beef kabob but the wait would be 20 min and I knew he was hungry. We got him pancit. I also got two sausages and an order of both chicken and pork Chicharron. The place is clean and staff is friendly. I have to come back so I can try more items. Service was quick. Pricing was reasonable.
