“Love this shop! We purchased two new bikes for Christmas. Was warmly welcomed by Timothy as soon as we entered. Saul came over to join and asked us questions to lead us to the right bikes while being both helpful and patient. We ended up with the perfect bikes. We picked them up on Christmas Eve. At that time, I brought in a TLR tire not keeping its air and Julian stopped with the bike he was working on and did a great job on diagnosing the problem and fixing it immediately. The culprit was a loose valve stem and core. I have ridden the tire over rough and dirty roads on a 2-hour ride with no problems. Great Job guys! Highly recommend this Woodside Bike Shop Annex. --”

“I picked up the bicycle I had taken in for repairs yesterday. It turned out that a part which I had paid to have repaired several times before was actually defective, and this time they handled it completely free of charge. When I asked, “Are you sure it’s really free?” they smiled and replied, “It was wrong to have charged you before, and what matters is that you can ride safely.” Since I bought the bicycle here in January 2024, I have relied on them for all of its maintenance. The reviews are clearly divided into two camps. I think some people who view it as just an ordinary bike shop may be dissatisfied with the way they run their business. It is also true that because they treat each customer carefully, their work can take time. I also believe they do not cut corners in favor of profit. There is even a sign that says “the shop chooses its customers,” which I take as a sign of their professionalism. All of the staff provide very courteous service. I like this shop.”

No major upsells on used bike maintenance or safety tune ups / checks, just good vibes of go out and learn your new-to-you MTB. Will be going back for maintenance I can’t do on my own (eg shock services) and plan to buy my next bike here when the time comes. Hopefully not for a long time.”

“I bought an e-bike off of FB marketplace and brought it in for an assessment. The handle bars and front tire were assembled backward (lol) but Omar and the rest of the team were kind enough to fix it for me and check for any other potential issues. They taught me a lot about bikes along the way and gave me good tips as I’m new to the area and also to biking as a form of transportation. Would highly recommend coming here for any and all bike needs!”

“While building a bike the service and attention to detail was super solid. Mike did a fantastic job as we negotiated all the options and kept me aware of progress. Chris, fit me on my bike and initially it was a bit uncomfortable, however, some of my little pains went away and now I really like the position. Great bike shop!”
