Honest I was in a hurry one day by mistake I was shorted $100.00 didn't realize it until Mr. George the manager called me to Allerton me of the error. I was so excited to know that the employees caught it before I was aware. Honesty,humbled and blessed .

“Simply a great bank how are they unlike Bank of America, where i needed to setup an appointment to replace a lost/steal card really? So i called to report it on phone with BoA 2+ hour to get a live person.
At FPCU you can walk in and take to a rep on the spot worst case their busy you might wait 20 only once did i have to wait that long in over 7 years.
Only down side is they dont have any branch outside of california but their growing.”
“I needed a copy of an old check to prove I made a payment and was having trouble using the app. I went in to the branch inside the John Ferrero building and Nadia Vallecillos and Angel Rodriguez were amazingly helpful. Not only were they able to obtain the copy of the check, they did so after going above and beyond an effort I was expecting. The level of professionalism and kindness they showed while I was stressed out will not be forgotten. They deserve a billion stars. Thanks Nadia and Angel!!!!”

“I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”

“2/5/25: Building is nearly impossible to enter. YOU MUST ENTER OFF Los Angeles STREET through the staff parking lot. If you do not know this, you will waste 20 minutes walking around the stupid building. It is infuriating. God help you if you are disabled and trying to do this. Also, they basically just trapped all of their employees in a giant fire hazard, so they will all burn to death because they won’t be able to leave the building quickly enough, in the event of a fire. Staff at the bank is fine.”

“I love this credit union. The decorations make you feel like you are in Hawaii. Lines are always short and the service is fast. The staff is professional, friendly, and understanding. Usually, it's only one teller however, they do not rush you. They make you feel good about being a member of their bank. Great interest rates on loans, savings, checking, etc. Plenty of parking in the rear lot or on the street. Note: They do not have a money-counting machine to count money they do it by hand the old-fashioned way. They do not have zelle yet. The ATM is only Available during bank hours.”

“This review is for Carlos Alvarado, the Pasadena Branch Manager, who is an exceptional leader at Logix and who personally went out of his way to help fix a problem for us. My brother and I have been with Logix for years because of our home mortgage. Recently, there was a glitch that occurred which greatly impacted our credit score. It was huge misunderstanding and I am happy to report that Logix/Carlos acted in an honest, a trustworthy way. I strongly feel that if we were with another Branch Manager or organization, we would have been dismissed and we would have had to go through a Credit Attorney. Carlos took the time to hear me out, reach out for updates, and ensure that the process would be resolved. Any banking organization can provide you services and great rates, but what sets this place apart from others is that it is led by people that care and they work really hard to make sure you're on the winning end.
