“I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.”

“2/5/25: Building is nearly impossible to enter. YOU MUST ENTER OFF Los Angeles STREET through the staff parking lot. If you do not know this, you will waste 20 minutes walking around the stupid building. It is infuriating. God help you if you are disabled and trying to do this. Also, they basically just trapped all of their employees in a giant fire hazard, so they will all burn to death because they won’t be able to leave the building quickly enough, in the event of a fire. Staff at the bank is fine.”

“Came into the bank a little less than an hour before closing with my wife and toddler, and not only did we accomplish everything we went in do, but several of the bank staff went above and beyond to make our visit a positive and memorable one. Our toddler was excessively restless while we sat with a bank representative, and a gentleman from the Welcome Counter staff came by to offer us snacks and refreshments, and another bank staff next door gave our toddler toys to distract him. “I just want to say Juana was a literal angel. I had my car and mailbox broken into and someone kept accessing my accounts. I felt overwhelmed, helpless and violated. I was literally at the brink of tears walking into the bank. I was already dealing with a loss in the family so this fraudulent activity was more than I was able to bare at the time. I went to the Garden Grove location and although the teller was nice she didn’t really help me in any way. Juana took her time, listened and gave me the number to the identity protection department. I really believe God makes no mistakes and sent me an angel in my time of need. She was so professional and empathetic . She started an account for me but it was more like a therapy session and she was my therapist. She listened,shared stories of her pup and even got my dog some dog treats from the back. There really are NO words to express how grateful I am. It is just an example of no matter the job or position, a person of God is always doing Gods work. So grateful and thankful. “I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”
