At Last Farm Dog Day Care & Boarding
11209 Gurley Ln, MendocinoAnn was so lovely to work with. I talked with her several times before our arrival for our wedding and she ensured that my pup's stays were seamless! She observed the dog's initial introductions appropriately and loved our Roma! Absolutely beautiful and stunning property for pups to hang out!

GoodLife Cafe & Bakery
10483 Lansing St, MendocinoIn a week, we ate here twice! Maybe again tomorrow on the way out of town. Fresh, delicious, unique recipes and great service. The baked goods are beyond wonderful and not grossly sweet like so many! Loved this little gem. Two thumbs up! ❤

Patterson's Pub
10485 Lansing St, MendocinoWe all thought the food quality and values were really great. The crabcake Ceasar was awesome and great dressing. We also shared steamers of clams and mussels- also great. Our server Brian or Ryan, sorry struggling to remember was on point.

Cafe Beaujolais
961 Ukiah St, MendocinoI don't know if I'll ever be able to say enough good things about Cafe Beaujolais. Every bite of every dish I've had was packed with flavor and arranged in a way where all of the elements on the plate worked together, not against each other. The wine offering is roboust and the staff are more than knowledgeable enough to help you work through it at any moment. It doesn't matter if it's dinner or brunch, the performance is consistent and the food.simply.delivers.
Excellent french cuisine on the coast with a top knotch wait staff to match. 11/10 experience.

The Waiting Room
961 Ukiah St, MendocinoLoved the vibe here. The croissants and coffee were excellent, but honestly it was the atmosphere that made it special. Cozy, intimate, and the kind of place you want to linger in a little longer. We went twice during our Mendocino stay. The first time was intentional, just for coffee, and the second time was when we were seated here while waiting for a table at Café Beaujolais. I ended up preferring this spot. The music was great, the space felt warm, and it set the tone for the rest of the day. It's a must stop for morning coffee and croissant, especially those who like a slow start to their day.

Luna Trattoria
955 Ukiah St, MendocinoAbsolutely AMAZING. An excellent fine dining experience. The place was completely full, and for good reason! The stuffed mushrooms were the best I've ever had. The seafood dishes we got were fresh and high quality. Everything was perfect. I will definitely come back again! Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful!!

Dick's Place
45070 Main St, MendocinoNice dive bar in Mendocino. Staff war friendly but quaint. Always wonder why we don’t have these kind of bars in Luxembourg. Maybe because of hygiene standards but come on it’s a bar!

Mendocino Cafe
10451 Lansing St, MendocinoA lovely restaurant with both indoor and patio dining that offers a good selection of American and a few Thai-inspired dishes. I really liked their clam chowder, which is one of their specialties. They also had delicious sandwiches with filling portions.
The staff are friendly, attentive, and bring out the food rapidly!

Stanford Inn's Ravens Restaurant
44850 Comptche Ukiah Rd, MendocinoThe first thing that startled me when I made the reservation was that they asked if I would be bringing a pet. Animals are not technically allowed in the dining area, but they can be in the lobby just outside (where there also seemed to be some tables) and there's a balcony where there was a water bowl and evidence some people had been sitting. There's also a tortoiseshell cat who seemed to be resident in the bookstore, with a room carefully left open for it downstairs. The ambience was warm and welcoming; very comfortable. The service was excellent and friendly, with fair recommendations, comments, etc. The food was fine, if on the uninspiring side. They did make an effort to be interesting - for example, with a sea palm (kelp) and raspberry strudel that was intriguing, but unfortunately not really successful. We also tried the dealcoholized wine, which tasted fine to me, though a) it was a rose, and b) I'm not much of a wine drinker. Most of the other dishes were decent but not really exciting. The cost was relatively high - $200 +tip for four. In short, go for the ambience, the pet friendliness, and the service, and you'll have a very pleasant meal of good but uninspired food.
