“The best UPS location. Jannie and Helen are both very helpful. However, there is no parking spaces nearby. Only two or three on street parking in front of the store which are always occupied. You can park behind the store right at the corner, there are at least 5 spaces. Anyway, it doesn't bother me.”

“Fast, friendly, and helpful service. Besides the usual shipping services, they also offer notary service, which has helped me out several times. Only comment on the notary service is that it starts after 11:00am, so need to plan accordingly. If you get there early in the morning, there’s plenty of free street parking.”

“This place is fantastic. We were like so many other companies during the pandemic who stopped using their actual office on a daily basis but we continued paying for it. Had I known how wonderful Intelligent Office was, we would have stopped sooner. The price is right, Al (who runs the place) is amazing responsive, helpful and nice, and their facility is very clean and professional which was useful the one time we did rent a conference room. “I had a last minute notary today and called 5 places. No one could accommodate me. I saw the low score reviews for this location in redwood shores and called as a last resort. The gentleman that answered was very friendly and I spent maybe 14min from the time arrived until I left. The notary was really nice and patient with me. “I’m getting a kick reading all of the negative posts about the “ rude staff” especially Marc. Marc isn’t rude, sarcastic yes, but he gives what he gets. If you’re polite and not demanding, it’ll all be good, if you’re rude, disrespectful or just stupid ( I’ve been in the store many times watching the interactions) then that’s exactly what you will get back.As far as Carlos and Anna, they are both very nice people, they are just trying to do the best they can dealing with the public. Anyone who has ever had to deal with the public knows this to be true.So for all of you crying about the terrible attitudes etc etc , maybe take a look at how YOU act.I’m not anyone’s buddy, just a long time customer who’s never had any issues with anyone.You get what you give folks, and as I brought up earlier, dealing with the public sucks.”

“UPS gets a ton of Amazon returns, and sometimes it can get really busy for those employees. This one I had gone to return a few of my items. The woman working was the only one there with 8 or 9 folks waiting in line and helping two customers at the same time with different needs. Myself with having to print labels for Amazon and another person who needed to have documents placed into pdf format. She was a Superstar! She handled everything tactfully.My review isn't of the store, but the woman who worked there late on October 12th, 2023. I hope she sees this and understands she did a great job.”
