43456 Ellsworth St, Fremont“I would like to give a shout-out to Grace. Came here today to activate a mail box my son had applied for online. Grace was very helpful, guiding me through every step of the process to get it activated. Despite being the only staff at a busy branch office, she was super patient, thorough, and very friendly to everyone.”

160 J St, Fremont“Rachel is one of the best USPS workers I have encountered. She is excellent at what she does and is an asset to the USPS. If you live in Fremont I definitely recommend using this post office just for Rachel”
“The front desk is very friendly and helpful. I was asked if I was already being helped to make sure my needs were addressed. Another staff member, Ryan, went out of his way to package and label my items when my package did not meet shipping standards. Great service overall.”
“Staff members Yang and Huang are super helpful and helped me retrieve/intercept my mail at the local office timely despite some swirls happened during the initial transit. I was very impressed by their support and care for customers.”
“I've been coming here for the past year to send out packages/mail. The folks behind the counter are very courteous and helpful. I always like coming to this specific USPS even though I have a few closer USPS locations around me here in San Jose.”
“The ladies at this establishment are so sweet and recommend better packaging for cheaper pricing ! I always go for my shipping needs i have family across country !”
“My recent visit to the United States Post Office was a breeze! Arriving in the afternoon, I was pleased to find ample parking available, saving me the hassle of circling around. Stepping inside, I encountered a pleasantly short line, with only one person ahead of me. What's more, the efficient operation boasted three desks open, ensuring swift service. In no time at all, I was able to purchase the forever stamps I needed, making my errand hassle-free. Overall, my experience was smooth, efficient, and devoid of any unnecessary delays.”
8:30AM - 5PM
545 Meridian Ave Suite D, San Jose“I like how when you're waiting in line and it's your turn to go up next they tell you nicely thank you for waiting. They also asked me if I need stamps. I leave there feelin satisfied and knowing that my package is on its way to its destination.”
“We came here to apply for a new passport for our toddler. Walk-in service was such as breeze. We were able to make an appointment onsite, our application was handled promptly and with good service. Thank you so much Francine! We tried walk-in because it was hard to make appointment online. Please double check their passport hours.”
“Cathy was extremely helpful and courteous getting my passport documents filed correctly. Took the time to check everything over and wrote down instructions how to check up on progress. Most pleasant post office experience I’ve had.”
9AM - 6PM
2358 Senter Rd, San Jose“Good for pkg drop off. This is NOT a postal service office-it’s a post “office” which is different than United Postal Service* (USPS). So if you already have it packaged, and labeled correctly, it’s a good drop off location especially because they’re open late most days. Later than USPS”
“I made my first international shipment of merchandise on this USPS. I was attended by the employee Vinh! He was very friendly and helpful and helped me a lot with shipping, excellent service!????????”
“Super nice staff. They have a self service machine out in the lobby area - one gentleman (staff) helped me with the machine, so I saved a ton of time with my prepaid label! Super great USPS location. Parking lot in the back as well.”
“This is one of the most helpful and efficient locations I have visited so far. We had a missing package and thanks to this office we were able to locate it and retrieve it. Shivpartap Singh, Harvinder Sangha, and Kuldeep Sanghera were super helpful in making this possible. I would like to thank them so much for their assistance and truly going out of their way to help. This office is quite busy, yet they took their time to resolve the problem. What an amazing, kind, and helpful staff this location has! Thank you so so much!”

200 S Third St, San Jose“A small convenient post office if you're a student, the man behind the counter is always very nice and helpful. It seems they only have one person staffed here, but if you need to drop something off quick or pick up stamps it's a great spot.”
“Ignore Google showing this USPS is temporarily closed, that's outdated. This USPS resumed regular business hours till 7pm.I mostly just drop off packages here so I rarely have to stand in line, unless I have an oversized package. The few times I had to check in at the counter, the staffs helping me were friendly despite some of the negative reviews. People need to keep in mind this is USPS, not a department store.”
8:30AM - 5PM
209 E Java Dr, Sunnyvale“We had an appointment at 11:30 but were seen ~12. Although it was lunch hour for the lady there she honored our appointment. She was friendly, helpful and quick. There are no restrooms.”
“Great service by Sonia! I had a little confusion over a package hold at this usps location due to custom fees. The package was in the process of being shipped back because I was late to pick it up. Sonia helped me with the whole process and she called me twice to confirm some details. I really appreciate the great service. It's almost I like to see a great service like this nowadays. Thank you so much again!”
“Celina was extremely helpful and very patient when going over the different options for certified mail as well as telling me I didn't have to wait in line again when having to just pay.”

1525 Gold St, Alviso“Very great service I had an appointment for a passport but decided to do a walk- in At this post office. They were very efficient & fast . The gentleman that works there is a rockstar , I was out of there within 10 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!”
11AM - 7PM
2200 Eastridge Loop Ste 1062, San Jose“Works wonders for walk-in passport application process if you have all the documents that the applicants are expected to bring along with them to file in the application.Enough parking spots obviously as it's located inside the mall and there is plenty of spots to pick and choose as to where you could park. However this was my first time and I parked on the other side altogether though it's a nothing more than a bit of a walk to the USPS store in the mall.I got in there around 9:45 AM and got myself as the first applicant in line ( walk-in- as I didn't have an appointment at this USPS location) and stood by the passport application counter. Within an hour or so there was a line behind me as walkins before the store would open at 11:00 AM to process the applications.Carmelina is God sent when it comes to helping customers especially with the passport application process. My interaction from start to end would not have been more than 5-7 minutes whereby she verified the documents, setup the package that was needed to be sent across (as well on top of that made a copy of my Driver's license as the one that i had taken in was a bit blurry and she mentioned that she obviously would not want the application to be put on hold or denied because of that- Extremely kind of her to do that). There could be days where they take less number of applicants due to their resources/workers available who can help with the processing aspect though they definitely do their best and go out of their way to help.I witnessed that first hand and was simply amazed!!!”
“The people that work here can be brusque but they're always very capable and know exactly what you need. Efficiency is just what I want from the post office.”
9AM - 5PM
4260 Business Center Dr, Fremont“This is not a retail location, so customer service takes employees away from their tasks so service can be a bit slow. However, you can drop Priority Mail packages there before the last Oakland truck leaves (don't expect a scan, the bins are on the dock), and they can get you mail pieces that need a signature if you have the paper from the mailman.”
“Good post office location and clean environment. 3 registers opened to take care of the customers. The staff was polite and knowledgeable but always no smile on her face.”
“Harry was so kind and helpful! He went out of his way to insure that my packages would be delivered smoothly. Usually I dread going into USPS but here I had a pleasant experience and will be going back to this one. Thank you Harry!”
“My mail was held there due to someone breaking in and messing up our boxes. It was So hard getting them to deliver my mail and packages after our boxes had been fixed and everything was set with management of our apartments and the post office to start delivering.”
“Pretty efficient, personnel, knowledgeable and friendly, my only complaint is that this place closes at 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, and at 2 o’clock on Saturdays.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
4601 Lafayette St, Santa Clara“I had an appointment for a passport, and since it was my first time I was a little hesitant as I compared it to the DMV lol. Thankfully, Remmit was there to assist me and assure me that I was taken care of. She is incredibly friendly and I’m so thankful for her!!! Thank you so much Remmit for your help today!”
9AM - 5PM
80 Lewis Rd, San Jose“I don't know why people complain so much about this location, service is efficient and the guy over there (it's not always there, but most of the time) the one with glases, its fast and friendly (not over friendly, but come on, the guy it's working!) If anything, maybe some expanded hours on Saturday would be great.”
“The counter staff are very friendly and helpful, every one is very nice. Wait time is usually only a few minutes. The Milpitas post office is the best I've ever seen, much much better than San Jose, Cupertino ... I don't understand why the rating is so low.”
