“My review is for passport application with an appointment. I had a smooth experience for this service. I was second in line when I reached 15 minutes before my appointment. I was served within 10 minutes of me being in line. The staff member helping us (Annaysa) was courteous and took care of all of our documents very well. She spotted a mismatch in one of the documents which probably could have gotten our application rejected. Within 10 minutes, we were done with our application review, oath-taking and mailing our application. Very happy with the service I received here.”

“Wow! I never felt so compelled to write a review so soon. Nu at the post office was so friendly, efficient, and skilled at what she does. She notice the person in front of me had a UPS package and directed him to go to the UPS store instead (saved everyone time). I saw and heard her reaffirm another customer of the timeline of her mail. Her level of care is awesome. I was in and out in perhaps 7 minutes, if that. I came in a weekday around 4:15pm and very short line!”

“Got my fingerprints taken here on a Saturday morning (because the first USPS location I went to, Redwood City, wasn't doing fingerprints for the day). The woman running it seemed a little anxious about getting through everyone before closing, but she was friendly and helped me do like 5 attempts of fingerprinting on my right hand until we got a print the machine accepted. It seems like the system has an arbitrary 15 minute time limit per person she couldn't do anything about, so she was trying really hard to work quickly so I wouldn't time out.”

I had all the documents specified on the USPS website. The staff member had both parents individually forwarded, and the company forwarded while leaving the live-in helper's mail going to my parents house until the helper moves out. Maybe 10 minutes for all three changes. Wow.”
