“I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”

I only gave it one more shot because of a promotion bonus, but honestly? I’m so glad I did because I met the best banker ever. Her name is Bingxia (I think her last name is Duan) at the Monterey Park branch, and I swear she deserves a “Banker of the Era” trophy ??
She was incredibly patient and went way above and beyond to help me with all my questions—yes, even my least favorite thing: mobile banking. What really stood out was that she didn’t just follow up, she actually followed through, no matter how busy she was. Super helpful, efficient, and you can tell she genuinely cares.
I’ve dealt with plenty of mainstream banks, and let’s be real… most bankers stop caring the moment you walk out the door. But with Bingxia, I truly felt taken care of. That level of service is rare.
