“I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.”
“I needed a copy of an old check to prove I made a payment and was having trouble using the app. I went in to the branch inside the John Ferrero building and Nadia Vallecillos and Angel Rodriguez were amazingly helpful. Not only were they able to obtain the copy of the check, they did so after going above and beyond an effort I was expecting. The level of professionalism and kindness they showed while I was stressed out will not be forgotten. They deserve a billion stars. Thanks Nadia and Angel!!!!”

She has been professional, very friendly, helpful, looks out for our best interest, makes financial recommendations, easy to talk to, attentive and other qualities we don't think are common with other bankers. The staff in the Palmdale Branch have also been very helpful, professional, friendly, etc. No request is frowned upon, like the request for a $2 bill which we know they don't always have. The interest rates on our loans have been very competitive. Constantly beating offers from other Credit Unions and banks. “I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”
