βI went to Tractor Supply to purchase some new work boots and gloves, and Iβm so glad I did. The store staff was incredibly accommodating, helping me find the right pair of boots in no time. The quality of the boots exceeded my expectations, offering both comfort and durability. The pricing was competitive, making it a great deal.β
βSpoke with a salesman. I needed a generator no taller than han 20 inches to fit in my pick up bed and be under the camper cover. I bought the Duramax generator and it fits perfectly. It also starts first try. Thank you so much. I received it within a week of ordering it. Very satisfied.β
βI've been a customer for several years here and their other locations. If they don't have what you're looking for, it probably doesn't exist.
They're a little pricey compared to the big box volume stores, but if you only wanted one screw instead of a box of a hundred, they'll sell it to you, it's quality.β
βIf you can't find it anywhere, they probably have it on the shelf. Weekend projects revolve around figuring out what I need before they close. The only thing they could do better is extend weekend hours.β
βsometimes the sales here are so good, it makes me wonder if this stuff was stolen. 2 pack of Milwaukee 6ah high output batteries for $100. no other vendor has ever even come close to that price. this is just one example. i bought lots of cool stuff herenever had my order cancelled. some other vendors list "deals" hold the money for a week then cancel a whole bunch of orders. never seen it happen hereβ
βI like ACE hardware store! The staff there are always helpful and willing to help! They usually have some parts that we can not find in Home Depot! I enjoy shopping at ACE Hardwareβ
βGreat prices on everything, helpful staff, some items are junk but most of it will get the job done and costs 1/10th the price of big box stores. 10 years of wrenching and still haven't broken a tool yet.β
βJust got back from store getting chicken feed, impressed again by selection and help at counter. Looking to upgrade feed for the wet winter months and they had exactly what I needed at a great price. Like Ken D. I've been buying feed here for over 25 years, and they always have the best selection and quality hay for horses (no black fly) at fair prices. If you haven't been by in a while, Hardware is on another level, all restocked and with hard to find items nobody else carries, (HD & Lowes). Thanks again Ladies! you really are the best. SRWβ
βYou know what it is. When you need to get a job done quickly and on-the-low, not wait for the Snap-On truck to give up a kidney, Harbir Freight baby! Cool to see women pulling up too! Let's GO!β
βBig selection and great prices! Good quality and guarantee for the price! Great service! They did not have what I needed on display so the clerk went to the back and found it! Thank you, keep up the good work!β
βI needed a part to repair my push lawn mower that I couldn't find at the big box stores. I brought in the old part and within 5 minutes had a replacement at an extremely fair price. Even showed me the length compared when he brought it out ( important ).The shop has everything you could need or want from parts such as a throttle cable like I needed to chainsaw chain & blades, plus new equipment. They also offer service for repairs. Nice people too. I've found my new go to for lawn equipment repair as this place is phenomenal!! Centrally located near Tyler Mall which is convenient β€οΈβ€οΈβ
βThey have had everything Iβve needed in an emergency situation for my home and they are great people and they let me shop around and put stuff back. They let me return something for store credit. They are awesome people awesome people, (but I had the receipt) and they are awesome. Mr. Antonio is very very helpful. My wife likes him too thank you guys.β
βGuy named Todd was excellent today. I came to him in search of an item that wasnβt carried by Loweβs. He gave me two other options. He gave me an excellent option, but also gave me a simple temporary option. I went with both. Todd helped me solve my problem and saved me a lot of time. I appreciate his creativity in solving my problem.β
βVern at Ganahl lumber is the man! I have an old craftsman home with shiplap siding that was impossible for me to find.
Prior attempts to find it at Home Depot and Ganahl were fruitless as no one wanted to assist and associates at both stores would just brush you off and say they didnβt have it or know what I was talking about.
Vern on the other hand busted out this binder of special shapes of siding and said he could order it and have it to me in a few days. Vern didnβt just stop there, he stayed in contact as the order was placed, received and ready for pick up. Five star all the way βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβ
βI recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.β
βMy go to for all of my company safety supplies and tools. I love this place. Their staff is real helpful and friendly. Been coming here for years. I recommend this place to anyone in Construction.β
βI had a very pleasant experience working with Bree at the Corona office, very kind and professional. She was very helpful, efficient and courteous providing me with immediate assistance which resulted as a great experience. Thank you again Bree for your help.β
βDuring the renovation of my kitchen, Lowe's was my go-to place for a variety of supplies. It was easy to buy what I needed - either in store or online and picked it up in store. Staff here are great!β
βThis location has a wonderful employee. Her name is Kristal. She was amazing even though they didnβt have the product I was looking for she went above and beyond helping me find a store that had it. Itβs very rare that you see someone that truly cares about their customers, thank you so much, Kristal?β
βHonestly everything went well, the prices are on the low end, and they get everything done in a timely manner. The only issue is that they don't help you load the truck even though they have the manpower for it. Could be a COVID Related situation though.β
βGabe helped us out big time on some dutch doors and frames. Everything went smooth on the install which almost never happens and the customer service that Gabe provided is hard to match. This guy is on it. You wont be disappointed so, hit him up!β
βHad trouble locating a Hessaire portable swamp cooler in store. 3 associates gave me 3 different locations to look where it might be.
While looking in the 3rd location, Mitchell offered his assistance. This was definitely
the right person as he was able to locate it
when others couldn't.
I could tell Mitchell is one of those people
that has the customer in mind first and foremost. I really appreciate that kind of service.β
βFast, reliable and honest repair service on our pneumatic nail gun for home use. Replacement piece was in stock and had back the next day! I highly recommend this business! Five start rating!β
βI bought a 6 "D" cell flashlight from maglight about 5 or 6 years ago through ebay. The flashlight fell off of my quad one night, couldn't find it. I'd engraved my name on it and about a year later I got it back. Of course it didn't work, so I sent it to maglight. No paperwork, just my return address. That was 6 months ago. Never expected to see it again. Today a ups truck pulled up and honked, so outside I go and get a long box. They repaired the flashlight and shipped it back to me, free of charge. I'm totally blown away. Maglight stands behind their stuff.β
βBeen coming here for years . Take them a hose and will give you the same thing right back . Good quality and fair prices.
Also I donβt think I have ever left empty handed , they always had the fittings in stock !β
βLeft so happy! I went into Home Depot last night and was there for over an hour and they couldn't find a screw that I needed. Today I came into Ace and showed Jay the screw I needed and he was able to find a match very quick. He was a very kind and helpful man.β
βGreat customer service Brien helped me out saved me money and sold me a better product for my new concrete plus they loaded my heavy items (since I'm hurt) they got my Business from now on ??????????β

βGreat place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.β

Hardware Stores
βLet's start with, this is a Home Depot. It's mostly a place for visitors looking for something for their home, be that for DIY projects, plumbing, restoration, appliances...you name it. Customer service only really counts when you've got a question or looking for something specific, and when you're at the registers to check-out. So, it's a pretty straightforward place for your home needs. As for this location. I've been here maybe a handful of times, and have done pick-ups for online orders and those were a breeze. The store itself also has a good stock of products, from big, small, to ginormous items (need lumber, anyone?). A recent walkthrough of this store, I saw staff everywhere, from the paint sections to all the other aisles. They're just helping customers, or stocking items. They don't bother you unless you wanna bother them! So if you just wanna browse around here, or maybe even get in your daily steps (it's a huge place so you definitey can!), you won't get any person asking you questions. On my last visit, I was also looking to see if they had any recycling programs for packaging materials, but they unfortunately do not. They do, however, have the standard recyling bins out front for used batteries, shopping bags, and and light bulbs. Good to know! I do hope someday they'll include packaging material recycling, since many of us purchase things from online...and we have tons of shipping materials. Anyway, a little sad about that, but, the staff that helped and spoke with me were super friendly and gave me the info I needed. In all, an expected Home Depot, no fuss and you'll likely find what you need here. Parking is pretty good here, too, just watch out for the big trailers and trucks, as they can take up 2-3 spots sometimes.β
βMuch better than the big box stores. Always an old man around that can actually answer a question. Don't have to worry about my truck getting broken into in the parking lot.β
