“Amazing bank, especially for small business! In the early years they gave my business a line of credit, when BofA wouldn't even consider it. They see me and my business as real people, have believed in us and have increased our credit line over the years, helping us grow. They truly are a community bank. If you want a bank that sees you as a person, knows your name and works with you individually, than Community Bank of the Bay is for you! I highly recommend them! PS. Now that my business had grown BofA has tried to get our business back, but because Community Bank was there for me when the business was small, and when times were tough I am sticking with them! “Other than being closed not just for holidays, but random days not holidays. 4 days to cash a check that would've salvaged the weekend, but no, 5 days, weds-mon. I hope the other patrons we're able to have turkey dinner. Of course, the ATM was unavailable to deposit check and I'm not even sure it would dispense any of the money anyway, if if if. If I had anything else to do, I might not be here snivelling onto the phone. Thanx guys, at least McDs was open and didn't mind change bucket payment. So much for laundry quarters. Fun fun fun.”

“During times of worry, doubt or 2nd guessing however one spends their earned monies....it's knowing, however wealthy one is....the amount keeps you achieving. “From now on, I'm never banking at big banks anymore! I switched from Chase to Metropolitan Bank and am loving it. The employees are nice and even remember my name. During the first few months, when I was settling in and forgot to make a payment, they called me to remind me so I would not incur a late fee. Now that's customer service! Their rates are also much better than what you can get at other banks. I told my sister and now she's transferring all her accounts here too.”
