“These are just the most honest capable people you can imagine. They did an LCD display for me. The incoming shipment with my display was stolen. He dropped the price $20 for MY inconvenience. HE was the one with his stuff stolen. Classy guy. I then through some misfortune needed him again shortly after and he bailed me out with a reduced price again even though I offered him full price.
I couldn't figure out why he doesn't have a straight 5 star rating, so I read through the reviews. He does. Endless numbers of stories similar to mine. The only thing keeping that total rating number from being even higher is a couple of obvious hatchet job reviews from people that it appears spend most of their time disgruntled over something.
I was able to watch how they treated everyone that came in. These guys are really solid.”

“I have no words for the kindness showed to me by the workers at this ATT store. My iPhone 12 broke, and I was using an old iPhone 8, but my sim card was not working in it, I suspect due to water damage. I managed to navigate to the store from my house with no data, because the map had preloaded it. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, and they had already locked their doors. I knocked and a woman named Elena told me they were closed. I walked away, but as I did, I realized I had no way of getting directions home, or to an ATT store that was open. I went back to knock on the door, and a gentleman named Michael opened the door. I explained to him my situation, and thank goodness he offered me to come inside. I had only hoped to get an internet connection so that I could download the map to get home or to another ATT store. Instead, he had Elena help me get a new SIM card. Partial way through her helping me, I told her, “I don’t expect you guys to help me with this, because I know I’ve already inconvenienced you enough, and you are staying past closing to help me, but I actually came to this store to upgrade to a new iPhone.” Elena immediately said, “Of course we can help you with that.” I couldn’t believe it. Michael came out, and so did another woman named Vivian. They got me on the correct payment plan to upgrade to the iPhone 15. I picked out a phone case and screen protector while I was there, to prevent any accidents. They informed me that I could pick out an accessory of my choice for free. I picked out the $24 ATT wired headphones. They helped me through every step of the way, with bright smiles on their faces, and amazing energy. I would have potentially had to wait another day with no service, but thanks to them, I went home with a fully functioning iPhone 15. I’m so grateful to them, and I highly recommend coming to this ATT store. Elena, Michael, and Vivian are top notch, and I can’t praise them enough.”
“I have been through the runaround. I’ve been to three different AT&T stores, and finally the store knew how to get what I needed. The manager, Alex set me straight. He corrected my name after another location in Alameda butchered it. Even after I told Samuel that wasn’t my name, and now I couldn’t do many things with my account. However, if it wasn’t for Chris, who was trained properly, and knew to seek his manager to help me with my situation after it being a simple fix. Then Enrique Brandon has a great personality, and is like the life of the party. This location is a 10 out of 10 recommend! If you’re seeking phone service with AT&T, come here! Mic drop.”

“Jorge is an excellent employee. My 2 sons came in the store last week and he let them know that he could take care of their broken phone situation and to let me know . So I came in today and this guy rocks. He got my 3 line bill switched over to a 6 line bill with Wi-Fi internet and I am now paying like $500 less than i previously paid. And he got my 2 sons new phones. I can’t tell you how happy I was to be paying less money for more products and services. If I could I would give Jorge a thousand (1000) stars for his service. “Being one of the very few Korean grocery stores in the east bay, it's well worth the trip. With a security guarded parking lot, and a home/kitchen store right Nextdoor, they have everything you'd need; plus even when busy, lines never get too bad. I specifically come here for any kitchen supplies, the prepared Banchan and other dishes, along with what I call "Korean Spam" I had discovered a few years back. This stuff is TOP TIER for processed luncheon meat, you have to try it. It's healthier, more flavorful, and gets crispier than spam without drying out!”

The man was kind enough to let me know it was because my phone had been bent before the repair ( from another accident not from this store) and he offered to fix and replace the screen.
