“Michael Z, the manager at this store, did an outstanding job resolving my issue. As a first time customer of AT&T, I was about to give up on this company. Long story that includes online purchase during Black Friday, cancellations on orders without my approval, UPS delivery of box without the iPhone 17 (seems like an inside job at UPS with double taping of the package), multiple security and fraud checks, and countless hours on the phone with multiple managers. It's almost like ATT does not want my business!
ALERT: If your phone is stolen during the delivery process, the ATT process makes you feel blamed as if you are the criminal. Despite multiple explanations to service reps, it doesn't appear that they document. Fraud team denies requests.
Enter Michael Z. His efficiency, quickness, patient, caring and customer service approach won me back to give a last chance. I can't say the same of the workers at other branch stores.
Moving forward, should I have any more issues with ATT, I will be coming in store to work with Michael.

“The BEST! Great email help and price provided before I ever took my phone in to the store. They provided replacement part pricing for OEM and 3rd party parts and updates when the ordered part was in stock. Price for replacing the back glass for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was very reasonable. They were very friendly and fast. The did the repair in 30 minutes. I will go back here for any repairs I need. Highly recommended.”

“Being one of the very few Korean grocery stores in the east bay, it's well worth the trip. With a security guarded parking lot, and a home/kitchen store right Nextdoor, they have everything you'd need; plus even when busy, lines never get too bad. I specifically come here for any kitchen supplies, the prepared Banchan and other dishes, along with what I call "Korean Spam" I had discovered a few years back. This stuff is TOP TIER for processed luncheon meat, you have to try it. It's healthier, more flavorful, and gets crispier than spam without drying out!”

“Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. Jenny showed me multiple phones within my price range when I’m ready for an upgrade, which will be very soon! The team at Kemo are amazing! I will only be coming here for all my phone issues and needs. Thank you so much, Sam and Jenny! You’ve made a customer for life!”
