“My husband and I shopped in the Oceanside location when we were remodeling our house, and we were always treated with courtesy and professionalism, with patience and good ideas, even when we had large returns (which having been a retail sales manager myself I know is not a welcome experience, because it hurts the day's performance and negates any bonus that may have been made on that sale, though I don't know if Lamps Plus has its sales people on a commission basis: our sales people never acted like they were, if they were, if you know what I mean). When my husband passed away, I comforted myself with several beautiful new lamps from this store. I had to move across country about 2 years ago, and recently moved into a new apartment which can be quite dim. I had given a beautiful torchiere--one of my comfort purchases--to my son when I moved from California, and wished I still had it, because it can be dialed from soft, low light to brilliantly bright light, for any mood or purpose--it could light up my entire floor plan when I needed it to. Then I realized I could call Lamps Plus in Oceanside and have it shipped. Even though I'm 3000 miles away, I'd still rather give them my business. They were happy to help me and while they did not have it in stock in their store, it shipped it out quickly from a warehouse. Unfortunately, one day after I assembled it, it shorted out. I'm not sure what caused it and I don't want to blame the lamp, but once again, the team in Oceanside were kind and helpful. After some troubleshooting questions, they got me in touch with their returns department, which promptly sent out a free return shipping label and instructions (of course, I could have returned it to a Lamps Plus location, but there isn't one anywhere near me, so in my case it had to be shipped back). I ordered a replacement torchiere (which is working beautifully, thank you) and used its box to ship back the malfunctioning lamp, and within 24 hours of it arriving at the return center, I received a full credit, including shipping, to my account. I think Lamps Plus is a really good company, and my experience with this particular store has always been very rewarding.”

“Wow this place is cool. I was expecting a thrift store, but lots of it is brand new, apparently it all was all from various TV or movie sets at some point. Anything from $5 shirts to brand new designer clothes (but at a huge discount). Lots of interesting things to look through, thanks! We'll definitely be back next time we visit. Very refreshing compared to some other stores here with $300 pair of shorts or places that only sell beachy touristy things that say oceanside.”

“I've visited this target plenty of times and I've got to hand it to them; they've certainly cleaned up the sales floor a LOT here at this location.

I've gone here before and it was in complete disarray, clothing everywhere, lots of things out of stock; just a total disaster. At that time, it made the experience of "going to Target" really disappointing, tbh.

This trip, it was actually "fun" to be here! It was easy to pick out clothing for me and my son. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaging. They weren't "begrudgingly" interacting with us like some retail experiences. It seemed like those on shift were glad to help.”

“I love our furniture from Danny's! I got tired of looking at poor quality, mass marketed furniture. Danny let me know he could make any wood-looking furniture shown in catalog in real wood. Told me to bring in a photo or draw/design it myself. I figured out the dimensions I wanted for two dressers and Danny helped me through all of the details! Ended up ordering two dressers, a bed frame, and a night stand. That was years ago and we are still very happy with it all.Now I'm figuring out dimensions for an entertainment center and a sofa table.”

“I always enjoy going to this target. I often check out the mugs here each year as they have different designs and clever sayings and also differing fonts for the single letter representing your name. My favorite is one where the font is ground into the mug and there is no paint or glaze just unfinished. It’s bold and feels nice in the hand. This target has a really good selection of home goods, electronics, office supplies and groceries. They even have a Starbucks inside. I like how you can order products through the app and pick it up in store or have it brought to a pickup parking spot. The employees here are nice and are willing to help you out.”
