“Annie McFerran deserves a promotion or at least a raise (in case her managers read this)! While other mobile experts are just pretending to be helpful and reluctantly trying to help their customers, and acting like they do a big favor for them (I'm referring to other nearby T-Mobile locations), Annie is a real trouble shooter, and genuinely trying to solve whatever the issue you are having. She was able to help me quickly with the new device set up and service, locate a nearest store which had a second device available, made sure it's not in warranty return, organized it to be ready for a quick pick in 10 min or so, and helped a bunch of others customers with check ins, etc. in the meantime. Excellent service!”
“The store moved to the back of the buildings original location. The Pizza place next to the original lifeline store location burned down and messed up their location so they moved to the others side of the building. On the back of building right by Bread or Life.”

“Jayden is amazing!! he is such a team player, my husband and i came in tonight and there was the longest line ever and only one cashier with the self check out closed. he helped his coworker out, dealt with a karen who didn't understand his lane closed after us because she was "already there" and managed to remain positive and helpful the whole time and even reopened his lane when the line eventually got huge again. give this man a raise lol.”

“Very pleased with the professional level of service here. I did not realize another location was an “authorized retailer” (and why would the general population know this… that’s another review!). Jawan and team helped me unlock my account that 611 said they could not! When I walked in there was an immediate greeting and assistance. There were at least 4 staff on hand, all busy helping customers. Store had a good, positive vibe. Highly recommend this location for service and its next door to Starbucks for some coffee before or after ?”
“Yes boost Mobile on mission is to secure prime area near other stores there's Arco there's McDonald's or Kentucky fried Chicken it's right off of the I-5 freeway it's a good place to go get cell phones they have some pretty good deals for seniors and the people that work there are real real friendly too”
“Kevin came out to install our internet on move in day, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was so sweet, knowledgeable, and professional, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. It was honestly one of the best installation experiences I’ve ever had. Quick, smooth, and stress free.
