“The owner is always polite, fast, friendly. The service is always on spot whether it may be a smog or oil change tops off the fluids, checks tire pressure. I have been a customer for 4 years.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic friendly, efficient & helpful service from both Davit & Francisco at the Vanderbilt branch. Really appreciated their professional help plus Francisco’s local foodie recommendations.
We will certainly use this branch again.
Many thanks guys, we will see you again this year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Great staffing, good communication with staffing. Their deliver team is awesome as well, delivered the forklift on time, and worked with us whenever i need it for return. Great rate and pricing, it's the best place to rent a forklift in Ontario.”
“Great trucks at reasonable prices. The trucks are much newer than u haul trucks. The person serving there was nice and courteous. Asked by himself if I have a triple A discount, even though I didn't know of the discount. Also, he gave me an appliance dolly without any charge. Finally, when I took a little time at the parking, he came out of the office to see if everything was okay. Really, great service. Highly recommend them.”

“Great service from Steve. He text to confirmed and even called when I was running late to pick up. I needed another day due to Day Light Savings and the lady at the desk on Monday was super helpful. I will use this location again when I need to empty my storage unit in 2 weeks.”
“Rented a reefer for a week.
Jamie the manager made sure my rental went as smooth as possible. He helped me out in email, over the phone and in person. His staff was very nice as well. Their prices were also lower than the bigger companies. The trucks were all pretty new. Especially the one we had only came with 400 miles.
We will definitely be coming back .”
“My expectations were not particularly High but the guys went out of their way to be friendly and to do their job in a more than needed manner! Certain other places where nightmare this one was an oasis. Thanks guys”
“This is my go to place for a u haul rental. It's fast convenient and the service is great. The owner Kc is awesome and the guy that works inside is very friendly. I try and book my uhual reservation in advance because they get busy. I have never had any problems here!!!”
“Just wanted to express my gratitude for Garrett. He went out of his way for me in assisting me with a military discount and even called cooperate on my behalf. Beyond grateful for the customer service and making the process a little less stressful.”

“The website says it has access from 5am to 10 pm. The access posted at the facility is from 7a-7p. We got there right before 7pn and Nehemias accommodated us and made sure that we could drop some of our goods into the storage unit. Thank you Nehemias for putting the customer first!”

“I had a problem with my AC, he gave me a better price and I was expecting and told me that I may have issues with my compressor. He was an honest man, straight to the point and hearing him talk with other customers just reinforced that he’s actually there to help.”
