This was the first year he needed an insert to help stabilize his gait. So we were very pleased when everything was explained and we picked out new shoes a brand that my son had not tried. Rob and Devil Dog are high quality good people and have been more than kind and helpful to me.It’s an experience to go to the shop and if you haven’t been, go!! The first time I walked into the shop, Rob dropped what he was doing and gave me a tour and showed me around and answered all my questions.They do what they say they will do which is rare these days unfortunately.Devil dog is always available to answer any questions as well and knows his stuff.He put a great edge on my 187DP.The Medford Pro shop is amazing and the knife lounge is a lot of fun.I love supporting businesses like this owned by Americans that sell USA made products.Go and bring your friends!!!Kyle”

“In my previous experiences with Mikes Bikes in Folsom, they go above and beyond my expectations. My wife had dropped her bike during one of our nearby rides, that resulted in a bent rear derailleur mount. Not only did they straighten it out and get it shifting properly, they also checked for any available Di2 updates while they were working on the bike. All of this was done while we waited and they didn't charge us a dime. They fixed us up and got us back on the road right away. I appreciate them completely and will share my experiences with them to anyone that will listen.”

“Very reasonable pricing on most things. Every employee there is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. With the exception of Melonie. She acted like a manager so maybe she was. You can tell me I'm lying to you and you can't give me a military discount, even though the past 6 times I've shopped here (this week!) & every clerk has given it to me. I understand, even if I don't like it. But don't try to charge me more the posted price of the thing I'm buying, it's not legal. I wouldn't have a problem w it, honest mistake & all, but not apologizing & acting like you are doing me a favor to charge me the posted price is just bad customer service. I am giving a 5 star review because maybe I caught you on a bad day. You work in customer service. Maybe remember that.”

“My husband ordered some work out leggings for me online and of course they did not fit. lol I was annoyed that we had to drive all the way to Roseville to exchange sizes, but Sara made the experience so easy!She greeted us the moment we walked in and assisted with finding me the right sizes and styles. The store itself seems pretty small but don't be fooled, they have lots of variety! I loved that their fitting room was spacious and it's nice that everything is electronic and I could request different styles/sizes without even leaving the room. I was able to evenly exchange my two leggings without any issues. I didn't need the order confirmation either, because Sara was able to look up my husband's account just with his name. Fantastic service from Sara!”

“The guys running this shop has always been nice and helpful. The course is always well maintained, if there's a storm they clean it up within the week. Pin positions are always accurate, the store has a wide variety of selections for disc or bags, relatively market priced. Yes you can buy disc online for cheaper, but you have to pay S&H as well as wait, like cartman, come on come onnnn! Anyways, I'd recommend shady oaks to anyone with whatever skill set you have. It is a more advanced - intermediate course, they do have leagues and tournaments so make sure to check UDisc before going.”
