“These guys took over for Mike's Automotive next door - and they are just as good. Went to the dealership for a recall who tried to sell me some additional services but I was suspicious so I brought the vehicle to Jeff. Sure enough, there was nothing requiring attention at this time. And no charge to inspect and test drive my vehicle. Wow! It's comforting to get my regular oil changes from them (which are very reasonably priced) and have them look over my vehicle because I know I can trust them when a repair is really needed.”

“I had been eyeing up a newly, upgraded Garmin golf GPS watch from the one I currently have for a few months now, but couldn't bring myself to pay full retail price because the one I have works perfectly fine. However, I read GPS Nation had a trade in program for Garmin GPS watches, so I looked into it. Turns out, it was true and the process was flawless! They quoted me a trade in price, which I'd receive in store credit once the item was inspected and within hours of them receiving my used watch, they sent me a credit to use toward a new watch for the exact quote amount they originally told me! I ordered the new item and it shipped out the same day! This website and company are legit! I highly recommend them for anything GPS product related.”
“Clean, comfortable, well run. Not a small feat considering generous 11 PM closing times (12 midnight this past holiday season). Prices are a bit high, but leavened by frequent door busters and clearance discounts. Staff once cheerfully went out of their way to help me find odd-sized boxes in the back of the store. This location stands out even in a well run suburb like Downtown Walnut Creek as a consistently enjoyable shopping experience. Among the very best of chain retail in 2026.”

“This is a great T-Mobile store! I changed from Metro PCS to T-Mobile today. A HUGE shout out to sales rep Marvin who helped me with my new phone. We ran into some issues on my side due to my credit lock/freeze. When I logged in it stated it was unfrozen. Marvin called corporate or someone to have them verify some information and security questions.
I answered them and then we were finally on our way. Marvin was so patient, kind, informative and a pleasure to work with. The whole process was 3 hours and 18 minutes but again that was all on my side, with all of my crap that I had forgotten about and had nothing to do with this store or location. I also like how they had about 6 sales reps at this store. The other two I went to before this one had 1-2 sales reps and there was a line. Call me a grumpy millennial but I hate waiting and I needed a new phone ASAP!! Go see Marvin at this location for your T-Mobile needs. He’s efficient, fast, knowledgeable and extremely patient. He never stopped having a smile on his face and he held good conversation while I was logging into fix all my crap in order to get my new phone. He didn’t make me feel stupid or dumb. He answered all of my mom’s questions as she is looking to switch eventually as well.
I was so embarrassed and annoyed with myself as I hate taking up peoples valuable time, but Marvin just helped me the entire way. I felt good with my purchase and definitely would recommend this store. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Marvin!!”

“I took my 1970's era Technics turntable in for repair because for the cost of a repair it is unlikely that I can find something new of the same quality. I needed a new cartridge, had the machine serviced and cleaned. I came home with my turntable and put on an old Paul Simon record to test out the work. The sound is great and everything worked perfectly. Pure joy!”

“I had the best experience here yesterday morning! After filling my tank with really expensive gas on my way to Solano County Superior Court, I decided to run in and grab a coffee. It was a lot earlier than I usually get up and I was picking up a friend in Benicia on the way to the courthouse.The employee working was running TWO registers and had both lines moving smoothly when I went to check out. When I didn't put in my phone number for the buy seven, get one free deal, she nicely reminded me, but I told her I'm not a regular, just on my way to court to watch the animal cruelty case on the girl who tortured my late-sister's 3 cats. She wished me luck, expressed her support and angst at animal cruelty and sent me off with a smile.She was so efficient and awesome. It was really nice!”

“Really nice, friendly, and helpful employees work at this well-stocked 7-Eleven location! I stopped by for my free election day large coffee, and the employee scanned my 7-Eleven app, then showed me where the coffee area was located, and made sure that I knew where the lids were as well. When you're at a 7-Eleven, you of course have to get that sweet drink; a Slurpee! I stopped in here to redeem my buy 7 Slurpees, Get 11 Slurpees FREE coupon on their app, and they had all sorts of Slurpee flavors that I layered for maximum flavor : ) The parking lot always seems busy whenever I drive by, full of trucks from the construction crews working on the roads and building nearby apartments -- and kids stopping in for a snack after school -- and regular folks stopping in on their way to/from work.”

“This is my local 7-Eleven. My gf's son loves the spicy pizza. So a few times a week we go here and get it for him. The guys working here all know him by name. They are super nice to him and always remember his order. They go above and beyond, and often times give him treats etc. He really enjoys going there and they make this 9 year old feel super cool. Total above and beyond. Plus I'm a 7-Eleven fan in general, one of my fav stores to grab snacks at and this one is my cal fav!”
