From initial intake of assessing the damage, getting estimates, and drop-off to the final result of the repair and pick-up, the entire process was perfectly streamlined and transparent. Everyone I've worked with at CARSTAR-Douglas (John K, Arshak, Nazeli, and Susie) were all excellent. They were cordial, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly felt like they looked out for my best interest at every stage in the process.

They've done beautiful job on my car, virtually no trace of any damage to the fender and more, finishing a day earlier than scheduled. It never looked this good since we got the car 10+ years ago. The team also went above and beyond and took care of minor cosmetic scruffs as well as a complimentary car wash, which were very kind of them.

“I called Hrag at Bells & Vaughn because I needed help installing my impaktech crash cage on my 2020 Yamaha
R3. It was a very complicated installation due to the cuts that had to be made to my fairings and the lack of directions from impaktech. We also found that having a full exhaust on the bike made for an even more complicated installment. Thankfully they made it work, his brother even welded a piece to go around the exhaust to connect both sides of the cage on the bike. Beyond that, they also checked other parts of the bike that were in dangerous functioning places and moved & secured them for me. They really made my life easier and thankful for them addressing other issues that I was unaware of. And in a timely manner I might add!”

Vatche was amazing talking me thru what they do and helping me getting the help I need since it was my first time there and he instantly helped even tho the office was only a few steps away and he could've easily directed me there.

Mike from the body shop was so patient & walked me thru what to expect. Gave me an amazing price and was scheduled within the week. Picked it up a few days later and then came back 2 weeks after to get it buffed down. Absolutely amazing! The team here has done an incredible job and went above and beyond buffing out other scratches along the car at no extra charge. Mike answered any questions I've had after the work was completed. Will definitely come back to get maintenance done since they do both at the location. They have an incredibly professional staff that takes care of everything and just makes the process so convenient.
