Much better doing business in the store with the knowledgable and patient people who work there than over the phone. And we got a better deal than we would have over the phone for internet and phones.

The store manager Leah was extremely helpful, friendly and interested in the issues I brought to her. She seemed very experienced, very knowledgeable, and far exceeded my expectations. I've had to go to other Att stores over the years, but none came close to the care I received at the PB store. Kudos, Leah!

I come here all the time because I have a good time getting my transactions done here. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and they help me with everything. You should definitely stop by here.
