“I just finished going through the process of obtaining a HELOC. At first I wasn't 100% sure on whether or not I wanted a HELOC or to go with other options. I called a few credit unions, and I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air Wheelhouse Credit Union was. First, they actually called me back. They weren't able to answer my call the first time I called but called me back promptly (I was shocked because the other credit unions that I had left messages with, to this day have yet to call me back). Second, the conversation I had with my first point of contact was informative, helpful and frankly so friendly that I knew then I was going to work with this credit union. The gentleman I was speaking to was hilarious, polite and actually seemed as though he wanted my business, something which is very rare these days. Victor Leu is a gem and Wheelhouse is lucky to have him. If you are going to get a loan, make sure you are working with him. He keeps things moving and answered my calls with a great attitude every time. He promptly responded to my emails and always answered my questions. I couldn't ask for a better experience which was mostly due to his involvement in the process. Thank you Victor! I highly recommend working with Wheelhouse Credit Union for your loan.”

“As to date, do not follow Google map. Turn left on Elrod Avenue to NFCU instead of right. It is right behind the CDC on base.Great experience! We’re staying nearby for the Surf Cup Tournament and this location was less than 2 miles away. No lines and I was able to get in and out in no time, provided that they just opened for business on a Friday.The Staff were friendly and professional even showing me how to order cashier’s check in the app. The facility was cool and tidy. Drive-thru and ATM available. Plenty of disabled parkings, about 10 spots, with 2 spots for van accessible.”
