“I recently went to this AT&T location with my mother . I was helped by Rick. Before even getting to the store I went on an hour drive to pick up 3 brand new IPhone 16 Pros. I called the store after I received them from Best Buy and Rick answered. Rick was so kind and receptive. I told him that I needed help setting 3 new phones and transferring all of our old data from our IPhone 6S, 7, and XR. Without hesitation, he said we could come in and he would help.
When we got to AT&T store he greeted us and we sat down at a table together. Rick was patient throughout the whole process. He helped us get a better plan for our family account and transferred over all data without any issue. Rick is the type of employee that we all hope to encounter when we go to an AT&T store with an issue. I am so grateful that we had Rick to help us. I hope that he stays at this location because he is great at what he does. He also has a ton of experience which makes sense as to why he made everything effortless.
I would be remiss not to mention Josh who assisted when needed but was inventorying the entire store the entire time we were there. Both gentleman were excellent.

So what had happened was, After a long long day of trying to upgrade my phone at a different store in concord I was told that the system had glitched or something and I was unable to upgrade that day and was told I need a manager to fix the error. I then was told to come all the way over to this location which ended up being my saving grace. Luckily Randy was there and he literally jumped right on it and made all the calls he needed, and got me my upgrade while providing absolutely amazing customer support and service he is the man.”

I had recently relocated to San Francisco and needed to set up my new iPhone 16 ProMax. Not only was the process seamless, but I was able to complete my upgrade and convert all my old information to my new phone in a matter of minutes. I was a little concerned about protecting my new phone because most stores did not carry any cases for the new iPhone 16 ProMax. However, Cody was able to assist me with the purchase of a heavy duty case in store since I tend to drop my phone quite often. I can honestly say I was 100% satisfied with my overall experience at ATT near the Target off Geary Blvd and Masonic Ave. If you need a perfect spot to park for FREE, this is the location. Just park at the target and walk down the stairs near Masonic Ave. I promise you that every person in this place is friendly and will help you with all your ATT needs. “I came here to purchase a SIM card because I locked my SIM card and needed a PUK code in order to use my phone. I wasn't successful with getting the code and my ex-wife was told on the phone by a cricket associate I needed to get a new SIM card or at least that's what she claimed after I gifted her the task of getting the code from Cricket. After almost a month of my phone being inoperable I arrived at this store. Although the staff was busy with customers when I arrived, fortunately my wait was not long. I was assisted by a young gentleman that was enthusiastic, attentive and very informative. He was eager to give me the info I needed on a current promotion after he assisted me with a new SIM. He was very helpful and fourth coming and the service I received made me feel welcomed. It also made me feel like I would want to use this location in the future. I had a totally positive experience and I look forward to returning in the future. I'm happy I was in Chinatown when I decided to take care of this problem as it allowed me to discover this location, a wonderful store by far.”
