“I was helped by Cesar, who was friendly, informative, and I couldn't help but notice the other employees at the time also doing a hell of a job helping a customer with what seemed like a complicated battery issue. Came to pick up phone, and it was as good as new.

“I came to this O'Reilly's because it's the closest to my house, and just in case I got stranded because of my car battery issues I would be able to get a jump here. I was immediately greeted by Tyler, big warm welcoming smile and was offered assistance the moment I walked in the door. I needed to test my battery but figured it was time for a new one. I was unsure what my car needed as a battery, and Tyler was able to immediately let me know which batteries were able to fit into my vehicle. He gave me three options to choose from, and also offered of the warranty along with it. He made sure to also offer me mini accessories that I can add to my battery, and he also was able to switch out my batteries. He was able to switch out my battery in the course of 30 minutes while also helping out the rest of the customers that were inside the store very great multitasker and always greeted everyone with a great smile. “Some things shouldn't be so highly overpriced no matter what type of niche you fulfill for the public. I mean the day I pay almost double and in some cases even more for the exact same item I can get at another store, I'd appreciate someone giving me a slap of common sense so I can come back to reality.”

“I've utilized O'Reilly Auto Parts for numerous years. I always find what I need there and at an affordable price. The customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've had times where I needed help with a diagnostic and they were able to run a scan for sensors/fuses right there on the spot. Returns have been easy, when necessary. It is rare I don't find what I need there. This location superseded what I needed a few nights ago when I needed a starter many people don't stock. O'Reilly had it in stock and I was able to pick it up within about 30 min. Super happy to have my car running great and for helpful service. Thank you once again!”
“I've bought several batteries here for a camper van, my truck, and a solar project. Always had a great experience and they go out of their way to get their hands on specific hard to find batteries. There was a minor issue on one of my orders and they more than made up for it without me having to ask, which is appreciated. Nathan in particular helped me a lot with one of my orders.”

“They were very helpful. And even used their diagnostic meter for my check engine light was on. No charge on that. A shop will charge you betwern $125-185 to do a diagnosis check”

I think he was the only person there Sunday evening, but he replaced it quickly, which we really appreciated; I didn't want to get with another jump start the next morning.”
