“Very accessible location and wonderful staff (especially Jennifer) in the rental office that's open 7 days a week during normal work hours. Comes with a great Public Storage app where you can find your rental account and details. You can also open the gate and main doors into the buildings with the app - very cool and convenient.
Public Storage also has competitive rates and the buildings and units are clean. Security cameras work and are also monitored off-site during off-hours.”

“I was fairly new to renting a storage unit to store my items, while I relocate to new living situation and workplace, and I did a little research and at first I went with another company, but then I saw the promotion Public Storage had for the first month, and I decided to give them a try side-by-side, since there was no commitmentI took only two weeks to realize that Public Storage was by far superior to the other company (big popular competitor, I will leave in-named) that I had chosen, which is why the reason I canceled the other contract and decided to continue with Public Storage at snell ave (San Jose)To keep this review 100% Huntington Ridge in a minute I will tell you that my big is deciding factor was CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although there was nothing horrible with the other company, it was a personal touch that Teresa. (The property manager) provided at this location that impressed meAnytime I had a question. She was quick to reply and polite. If I left a voicemail, she was immediate to reply. If she was out of the office she would even call after work so let me know that she got my message and tried to help me be new to Storage. This was fantastic. , but it goes beyond that I've been with family members who have had other storage units with the same company and one thing I appreciate about this location is the cleanliness, it seems like the manager takes personal pride, and making sure the place is flawless always are clean outside his wife there's no garbage anywhere, another fantastic thing is traffic is minimal guests are quiet, and polite. I think they to value the same relationship that the manager provides to her clients although I can't speak for them I do want to put in final closing that after 20 years of having my Google account I have taken the time to review less than five businesses, or so, to emphasize the amount of satisfaction, and how happy I am with my storage here at this location is a resemblance and my satisfactionIt's difficult finding a storage unit that you could be happy with, but I think Teresa (in the short time I've known her) is so unique and dedicated and passionate about when she does that not only does she make my experience every time I come in and out positive but she also makes my experience with the company "public storage" a favorable one.Thank you public storage and Teresa for helping make the hectic stressful move easier for me and my family.Brian”

“This is by far the best storage location I have used. Erica has helped me with any questions or concerns she makes sure you understand everything that you're signing and always make sure the property clean and running smoothly. Ive had to upgrade and downgrade my unit and not once have I had a problem. This is the only location I recommend when anyone mentions the need for a unit. Ive tried different locations in the past and the staff is unpleasant or the property needs maintenance. If there were more stars to give I would. Thank you Erica for all your help.”

“What a great location and office staff. Jerry is a supportive site manager and made sure my transition to storage was smooth. The two units I rented were large, spacious, and temperature controlled. The facility is safe and secure with cameras. They also have dollys to use. The elevator is very large. I would definitely come back.”
“We have been using Lunardi’s moving in my family ever since I was a baby. The guys are so friendly, they have became a part of the family to us! They moved me from San Luis Obispo, CA to San Francisco all in one day. We continuously love working with these guys, they are professional, fun, so quick, and so catering to any and all needs.

“Finding a long-term storage unit in the Bay Area that doesn’t raise prices sky-high is nearly impossible. I moved to this Extra Space Storage location after shopping around and explaining my past experiences with other companies. The staff was friendly, professional, and gave me helpful advice about calling when rate increases happen so they can try to freeze your rate—something I’d never heard of before but appreciated the transparency.
I rented an 8x14 unit for around $140/month, which felt fair—until about 4–5 months later when it jumped to $248. That kind of increase was exactly what I was hoping to avoid, which was frustrating after being a long-term renter at other locations that stayed steady for years.
Aside from pricing, the facility itself is great. The property is clean, secure, and easy to access, though parking at the front gate can get a little tight. They’ve also made noticeable upgrades to the doors and locks, which are smoother and much easier to use now.
Overall, my experience as a customer was positive—the staff and security setup are solid—but the rapid price increases make long-term storage tough to justify. If you only need storage short-term, this is a great option.”

“I tried renting a unit at Public Storage and was horrified at my experience and their customer service. I was never able to get into the locker I rented; there was no one on the premises to help me; and after a half hour on the phone with customer service I gave up and left. I am SO THANKFUL I walked away from Public Storage. I found Silver Creek Self Storage and had the opposite experience. I can't say enough great things about Silver Creek Self Storage. It started with a simple reservation process. I was contacted immediately by Valentine from the facility to confirm my reservation and set up a time to meet me. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by both Mark, the GM, and Valentine who helped me decide which unit would be best for me. I was given a tour of the facility and shown how their security works. You wouldn't expect a storage facility to be top notch in ever respect but Silver Creek Storage is just that. It is highly technical, extremely clean and the security for both you and your possessions feel like Fort Knox. Once you have been to Silver Creek Self Storage, all other storage facilities will feel sub standard. Thank you Mark and Valentine!”

“We've had a 10x10 unit here for over 4 years and they are a great facility for several reasons.
1) it is beyond clean at all times. I can't tell you how many times I've been there and seen them mopping the floors.
2) I've always had them answer the phone or respond within in a few hours on the one time I had to leave a message. They are super responsive.
3) They are on site and it is known that the staff is watching and regularly throughout the day checking the premises either walking through the buildings or driving on golf cart to the exterior buildings. This makes the location and my belongings feel safe.”
